2. 拓展人脉

众所周知，加入社团以后你将会结识到跟多的朋友，可以很好的拓展自己的人脉。而你如果加入了学生会的话，将能更好地拓展自己的人脉圈，毕竟学校要联系其他社团的话，都是通过学生会去联系的。这也就意味着你加入学生以后，除了可以在学生会中结识他人之外，你还能在联系其他社团时，结识到其他社团的朋友。

3. 获取资源

学生会作为一个负责联系学校和学生的社团组织，平时学校有什么信息资源的都是通过学生会去实施的。小到更换宿舍，大到支教保研等等的资源福利，对于学生会的同学而言，他们都能拿到第一手信息。学生会里的这些资源福利，对于一些有理想有规划的同学而言，是绝对值得去争取的。

4. 积攒经验

相比于其他的大学社团，学生会会显得更加的正规，更加的带有社会气息。学生会的那些领导，很多都是非常的有实力的，而他们身上的那种官范儿也是一套一套的，非常的像企业里的高层。在学生会待久了，当你毕业工作以后，你会更加懂得如何去和上司和同事相处，因为在学生会中你是会积攒到很多的经验的。

10月27日上午,马校长在实验小学c楼四层多功能厅侃侃而谈,不论是对育人目标“乐学会学健康发展”的诠释,还是优秀教师资源的培训,教师心理环境关注;不论是提高教师心理素质,还是凝聚团体力量,骨干教师与青年教师师徒结对; 不论是跨学科反思,学科整合集体备课,还是基于学科整合, 创新培训形式,都让我看到了一个有理想、有情怀、有智慧的校长对教育工作的用心用情、精耕细作。我们都明白,教师专业成长是学校发展的关键,但我们在实际工作中很迷惑,往往无法自我解放与超越。

为期三天的听课及体验活动,实验小学课程资源开发(比如,精彩足球梦、家乡的美食、啦啦操等)形式让我耳目一新,书香校园的打造(比如,阅读特色“三条路”:“亲子阅读”、“绘本扩写与演讲”工作坊、“学生讲坛”工作坊)让我记忆犹新。通过这次培训,我对学校发展规划的总体思考更加全面、愿景目标更加明确、办学理念更加清晰、行动策略更加细致、推进路径更加立体、组织实施更有信心。我对学校发展的本色与特色也进行了一些深入思考:

一、静雅灵动,打造浓厚的书香校园

(一)以明德习惯养成为载体,提升学生的思想素养

利用重大节日、纪念日开办专题讲座,开展师生演讲、主题班会等主题教育活动,定期组织学生观看爱国主义影片,周一朝会利用升旗仪式开展国旗下讲话,大课间、“2+2”活动课才艺展示等主题活动,对学生进行习惯养成、能力培养和思想熏陶,以帮助学生树立正确的人生观和远大的理想。

(二)环境优雅,书香浓厚的内涵素养

我校开辟一千多平米的劳动实践基地,培养学生的动手能力;因地制宜建立“文化长廊、艺术长廊、师生作品展览园” 等展示平台;发挥图书室作用,为师生阅读创造条件,确保班级人均借阅量,又尊重个别学生的不同需求;开展“晨读-午习-暮省”经典诵读活动,让经典文化的精髓滋养师生,让这些传统美德根植于学生幼小的心灵,促进学生全面发展;指导学生自主开展班级文化、使教室、文化墙成为学生发展个性、展示特长的阵地;利用校园广播、黑板报、手抄板等载体,引导学生用眼睛去发现美,用心灵去感受美,用行动去创造美,营造浓厚的书香氛围。让“处处有文化、处处皆育人”的育人理念深深扎根东华小学这片沃土。

(三)以社团活动为载体,特长展示的综合素养

我校成立了篮球、书法、绘画、音乐、舞蹈、科技制作、 演讲与口才、播音与主持、阅读等34个学生社团。每周星期三下午,各社团在教师指导下,有效利用校本课程资源,定期通过小组合作、集体探究、教师指导等形式开展形式多样的主题实践活动。通过每周大课间和重大节日庆典等平台,展示学生特长,定期对各个社团的活动开展情况进行考核,促进社团活动的有序开展,全面提高学生的综合素养。

二、静心办教育,回归教育本色

教育的使命是雕塑人的生命,培植人的灵魂。雕塑,需要精工出细活;培植,需要精心与呵护。而浮华与豪华,容易引发人的狂躁、鲁莽,进而揉碎了雕塑与培植出的稚嫩产品。朴素,方可追求教育的本色。因此,致力塑造朴实向上、静雅灵动、书香浓厚校园,让师生视学校为自己的“家”,视自己为 “大家庭”的一员,才能使师生具有归属感。

1.塑造师德,提升教师精气神。(1)继续开展学生喜欢的教师评选活动,划定一个百分比标准,比如80%或者90%,力争使更多的教师达到这一标准。(2)开展家长调查问卷,包含对教师的满意度调查,对学校的发展建议,对孩子在本学期的期望,上学期学校工作评价,孩子的优缺点性格等方面,调查应放在开学初进行较为有效。(3)现在,我们对学生实施多元化评价,教师也是各有所长的,有的教师擅长公开课,有的教师在教科研方面有特色,有的教师默默无闻但工作扎扎实实、 任劳任怨。学校一直鼓励教师做最好的自己,建议多元化评价教师,在教师节或期末表彰,发挥不同方面榜样的力量,让不同类型的教师实现尊严与价值,营造积极向上的校风。(4)围绕师德建设开展教师论坛。

一、劳动教育的意义

我国居民的生活水平相比过去有了极大的提高，儿童的生活水平呈现一种安逸的幸福状态。在现在的家庭中儿童的地位有了明显提高，特别是独生子女的家庭成员中，爸爸妈妈和爷爷奶奶都以儿童为中心。我曾经做过一份调查，以班级38个一年级的学生为对象调查他们在家里做家务的情况：全班只有5名学生帮家长做家务，占13%；有13名学生从来不做家务，占34%；有20名学生偶尔做一下，占53%。从这份调查表可以看出，现在的儿童已经习惯了家长的照顾，习惯了享受他人的服务，对家庭和父母没有应用的责任感与爱心。所以，现代家庭中的儿童多具有一些娇生惯养的坏习惯，这些不良习惯或多或少会带到学校中来，从而给其他学生造成不良影响。但学校是一个教育人的地方，班级就是改变学生的坏习惯的地方。班级作为一个集体，要求班级里每个成员都有责任去完成属于自己的工作，并通过班级劳动教育，使得学生明白自己生活在集体之中必须热爱集体，为集体付出，为集体负责，自己才能生活在集体之中，而不是一味地享受别人的服务。在班级里，劳动教育是培养学生对班级的责任感，对同学的责任感与友爱的很好的方式。

蒙台梭利说：人是用双手劳动来塑造自我的。①他把手当作一种表现个性的工具，用来表达自己的智慧和意愿，这一切都有助于他去克服他的环境，我们所有的人都相互依赖，我们每一个人都应该通过劳动，为我们生存的环境作出贡献。通过劳动，我们要让学生明白自己的责任所在，并让学生获得一定的满足感，让学生感受到自己的贡献所在，获得成就感并树立自信心，在劳动的过程中体会到付出原来也是一种享受。②让孩子有为他人服务的意识，是社会对一个现代人最基本的要求。它不仅是一种品质，也是一种习惯。因此教师要提醒孩子在班级生活中多为他人和集体考虑。

二、劳动教育的作用

1.劳动中德育的发展

通过劳动，可以培养学生的集体荣誉感.学生在以集体为单位的组织下，会产生一种归属感，这是一种集体的归属感，也是集体荣誉感的体现。任何人都需要一个集体来接纳自己，班级就是一个集体单位，在以班级为单位的条件下学生会发现自我，发现自身对集体的作用。通过劳动教育可以培养学生团结互助的良好品质，在一定的任务驱动下，学生以团体目标为统一目标，为了共同的目标而奋斗，为此学生会在团体内互相帮助，共同完成任务，从而在另外一方面加强学生之间的感情。通过劳动教育可培养学生对班级的责任心，劳动，让学生在表现自己的同时产生一种自信心与社会归属感，让学生觉得自己是很有用的一个人，同时对班级产生一种责任心。通过劳动教育还可使学生之间更加团结友爱，加深学生之间的友好关系，使学生心地正直，培养学生朴实的品质，脚踏实地勤劳耐心的好习惯，并培养了学生不怕苦不怕累的良好素质。

2.劳动中美育的发展

马克思说劳动创造了美。在劳动的过程中一切变得整齐有序，这是环境改变之美，在劳动的过程中劳动者的周身洋溢着一种活力的美，劳动使学生手脚四肢变得更加灵活。在劳动的作用下，一切事物都变得更加漂亮美丽。通过学生的劳动，班级教室干净整洁了，那就是一种美的体现。通过劳动，学生也会发现通过自己的双手创造的美是如此的令人心情舒畅。

3.劳动中的智力教育

高尔基说天才就是劳动，人的天赋就像火花，它可以熄灭，也可以燃烧起来，而逼它燃烧成熊熊大火的方法只有一个，就是劳动再劳动。热爱劳动吧，没有一种力量能像劳动，即集体、友爱、自由的劳动所拥有的力量那样，可使人成为伟大和聪明的人。高尔基对劳动的赞扬是如此之高，可见劳动教育强大的作用。另外，劳动还可以锻炼学生的动手能力、处理问题的能力、解决问题的能力。比如很简单的整理桌椅的工作，怎样才能摆放得整齐呢？这里需要学生思考一下关于参照物的问题。劳动的过程不只是单纯的动手，也要动脑。劳动对于学生协调能力的培养、统筹规划的思维训练，都起到一定的作用。

4.劳动中的身体锻炼

生命在于运动，运动的一种形式就是劳动。合适的劳动既可以使身体得到锻炼，也在心理上有一种成就感，从而使人在身体和心理两方面得到发展。在班级劳动中，学生的四肢得到了锻炼，身体强壮了，劳动给正在发育的孩子一个锻炼身体的好机会。在劳动当中的锻炼还具有一种收获性的满足感，比起一般的普通锻炼，学生从劳动中受到的锻炼乐趣会更加多。

总之，劳动激发着奇思与妙想，劳动创造了智慧与财富，劳动培养了健康与高尚的情感，相信在劳动中成长的孩子将会获得一种生命的教育。劳动教育是班级教育中的一部分，对培养孩子全面发展有很大的帮助，希望所有教师都能关注劳动教育。

“Now, I know the UVA community has some experience with being defined by outsiders.It has been said that a rolling stone gathers no moss.I would add that sometimes a rolling stone also gathers no verifiable facts or even the tiniest morsels of journalistic integrity.“Rolling Stone” tried to define you this year.As a result, not only was this community thrown deep into turmoil, but the incredibly important struggle to address sexual violence on campuses nationwide was suddenly more confusing than ever and needlessly set back.And sadly, “Rolling Stone”‟s rush to define is just the tip of the iceberg.We see it everywhere in the media.Less than three weeks ago when Baltimore was erupting in violence, Erin Burnett on CNN argued with a local resident insisting the rioters be defined as thugs.Wolf Blitzer did the same thing.Over on Fox News, reporter Nick Vittert prattled on about how violent the people of Baltimore were, but City Councilman Nick Mosby wouldn‟t have it.In a testy exchange he defined his own community saying, “this is about the social economics of poor urban America.These young guys are frustrated, they‟re upset and unfortunately they‟re displaying it in a very destructive manner.When folks are undereducated, unfortunately they don‟t have the same intellectual voice to express it in the way other people do and that‟s what we see through the violence today.” That‟s a much bigger, more complex analysis and it strikes me as the real news story.Either way, the reductive labels aren‟t helping and we better stop applying them because there are a lot of Americans in a lot of pain.Those riots weren‟t happening in Kiev or Benghazi.They happened a mighty pleasant 3-hour drive from right here.So does all of this mean that Erin Burnett and Wolf Blitzer are bad people? I don‟t think so.We‟re all guilty of this.How many times do we label someone with our first impressions only to be proven wrong? The tattooed motorcycle guy who turns out to be a teddy bear.The buttoned-up coworker who actually knows how to party or the mousy librarian who takes off her glasses to reveal she‟s a blood-thirsty alien from a distant galaxy.We try to define others with simple labels because it makes the world easier to understand.Behavioral economist and Nobel Laureate Daniel Kahneman explained this in his amazing book, “Thinking Fast and Slow” in which he wrote “when faced with a difficult question, we often answer an easier one instead, usually without noticing the substitution.” So clearly, other people are really bad at defining us.”

我知道UVA经历过一些曾被外界猛嚼舌根的不好事件，“一个滚动的石头”(暗指《滚石杂志》)是不会长苔藓的，但我想强调的是，“一个滚动的石头”也许不会集聚起真相，或者说，甚至连一丝丝的记者职业操守也没能具备。而今年，《滚石杂志》企图定义你们。结果是，不仅是我们(UVA)被推到了风口浪尖，连带全国各大高校奋力抗争“性暴力犯罪”的努力也打了水漂，被一些无意义的烂事儿给继续耽误。让人无语的是，《滚石杂志》所做的这些拼命要给人盖棺定论的事儿还只是冰山一角!不难发现，媒体都很热衷报道这些事：不到三周前巴尔的摩的“暴力事件”;Erin Burnett在CNN与当地居民争论“暴徒”就该被定义为“恶棍，杀人犯”，Wolf Blitzer也热衷于此。《福克斯杂志》的记者Nick Vittert闲谈时说到巴尔的摩的人是多么暴力;不过市参议员Nick Mosby并不能苟同他的说法，在一次他情绪略显暴躁的交流中，他这么概括这个社区的人们：“这不过是关于„贫困的城市美国人‟的社会经济学而已。这些年轻人受到挫折打击，他们非常沮丧，不幸的是，他们只能通过这种毁灭性的方式来表达他们的处境。要知道，如果人们没能受到好的教育，就会很不幸地丧失„文化人‟所具备的那种掷地有声的声音，因为他们没法儿„发声‟，所以才造就了如今这种暴力而混乱的场面。”

这种事我们到底干过多少次了?!第一眼就给人下定义，结果发现根本就是大错特错!纹身摩托男其实是个泰迪熊一般温和的人;衬衫扣子系到最上面的同事其实是个“趴体狂人”，还有那个时不时羞红了脸的图书管理员摘下眼镜其实是个来自遥远星系的嗜血外星人……我们惯于用简单的印象把别人分为三六九等，因为这样可以帮助我们简化这个世界，便于我们理解。行为科学家和诺贝尔桂冠诗人Daniel Kahneman在他的一本传奇之作里阐释道：“Thinking Fast and Slow：我们面对复杂的问题时，总是用简单的问题来偷梁换柱。甚至都没有注意到所使用的„替代物‟到底是什么。” 事实其实很明显：别人根本就无法定义我们。

Get your rears in gear, and at some point take a job, even a less than perfect one because it will teach you about responsibility, initiative, follow through;how to deal with a demanding boss or an annoying co-worker.It could lead to a better job, open your eyes to something else, or?just as importantly?tell you what you don‟t want to be doing.So don‟t drift through your 20s.Use every stop along the way as a chance to make an investment in the person you want to become.”

篇6：学生参加军训教育活动个人总结

其实军训最主要的核心就是培养团队精神，使一个字面上的班级升华为一个真正的集体，茫茫人海之中，我们能够相遇能够成为一个团队，已经很不可思议。

最初的我们并不十分了解，甚至有一些人的名字都还叫不出来，因此，军训成为心与心之间友情的桥梁。每天的训练都很累，我们互相关心，互相安慰，渐渐由两个陌生人成为一对好朋友。笔直地站着军姿，肩膀无比酸痛，两腿接近麻木也没有倒下，是因为我们是一个集体，我们是战友，我们在彼此的身边！从最初听起来零零散散，稀稀落落到后来步伐一致，铿锵有力的正步声同样可以证明我们之间的改变。

集体是擎天柱，撑起一片广袤的天空，我们本是孤单的飞鸟，而今相遇在同一块苍穹。
