一、高职学生通用管理能力培养的意义

培养高职学生的通用管理能力，能够有效的提高学生的综合素质，帮助学生获得更好的发展，扩展学生的知识领域，提升学生的沟通能力与动手能力，帮助学生完善自己的性格，掌握正确的评价方法，明确个人发展的重要意义。并且将通用管理与自我管理有效结合，能够促进学生综合素质的培养，使学生走上社会后会有一个更好的发展。

二、高职院校中学生自我管理的管理模式

（一）加强对学生个体自我管理的能力。学生个体自我管理是管理模式中最基础的管理方法。让学生通过加强自我管理，让学生的生理与心理得到健康良好地发展，最大限度地实现人生价值。

（二）加强对学生团体自我管理的能力。在整个学生管理的过程中，加强学生团体的自我管理是最为重要地一项环节。其主要是针对各个年级的学生会、班级管理小组、团组织与社团活动等等，学生们通过这些管理组织实现层层间的相互管理，实现自我的要求，锻炼自我，对于活动项目直接或间接地参与到其中，能够有效地发挥学生的向导作用，也能够有效地锻炼学生，提高学生的综合能力。

三、高职学生自我管理能力培养的措施

（一）培养学生团体自我管理能力。（1）对于正式学生团体的自我管理能力的培养。学生所在的正式团体自我管理的组织中有着严格地管理制度，它能够有效地促进学生自我管理的规范化与制度化。而从事学生教育管理工作的教师则要以自己的一言一行去影响学生，帮助学生，引导学生的生活与学习，主动关心学生。通过对学生进行党课与团课的培训与学习，帮助学生提高相关地认识，并及时树立学生的吃苦耐劳精神，让正式地学生团体更好的服务于同学，带头做到自我管理。（2）对于非正式学生团体的自我管理能力的培养。学校中的学生教育管理工作部门也要及时的关注与培养非正式学生团体的自我管理能力，在必要时进行指导。对于骨干学生要进行适当的掌控，并让负责人管理自己的活动，通过活动明白是非，获得经验提高自己的自我管理能力。

（二）对于学生个体的自我管理能力的培养。（1）要加强学生道德品质的培养。高职教学中，必须要对学生进行政治政治教育，让学生坚持正确的方向，用科学来充实自己的头脑，联系实际，将学习与思考有效的结合起来，并要结合主观与客观地条件，做到知行合一，厚德精术。（2）注重培养学生的创造性思维。高职学生具有较强的学习能力，所以在高校学习的过程中就要放弃被动地学习方法，积极采用全新地学习策略。从多个方面积累知识，培养学生探索新鲜事物的求知欲，在学习上实现创新，在自我管理上也要实现创新。（3）注重培养宿舍生活中自我管理能力。在学生的整个学习生活的过程中，宿舍生活是每一个学生都要经历的，在学生接受半军事化管理的过程中，要求学生要做好内务卫生工作，发扬好作风与好思想，遵守宿舍管理的规章制度，维护公共卫生安全，注意自身的卫生习惯，有计划的安排好自己的学习与生活。
