留学MBA的推荐自荐信格式

首先要看你去哪国读mba，因为不同国家不同学校也有不同。

那些非常牛的学校商学院，mba是一定需要工作经验的，没有工作经验还能被录取的那实在是少之又少(比如哈佛，它们收没有工作经验的，但每年才几个人被录取)。如果去一些一般一点的学校，多数都是不一定需要你有工作经验的，你有经验，自然最好，如果你没有，其它方面还不错，那它也会收你，交钱就行了。

但是从学习角度来讲，mba真的没什么东西可以学。如果你是没有工作经验的，学完了也不见得马上就当经理管理别人了，您还得从头做起，还因为您有个mba的帽子，单位会在给你多少薪水上比较犯愁，您是没有工作经验，可有mba，到底该按哪个条件给你薪水呢?如果你本来就是资深经理的话，那您学mba完全是为了个名字，戴个帽子，然后能爬得快薪水也涨的快就是了，说出去也有些底气，我是经理，我是mba，然而真正在mba课程上学到的东西大半还是不会被您用到日常管理工作当中去的，虽然mba课程近年来已经更像现实情况接近，但仍有大量的理论之谈，例子——

比如你公司里女的工作效率不如男的，于是你想让女的工作效率跟男的一样，就把女的下班留下来给她们培训，一屋子里坐的全是女的，这是有个外面的记者来你这儿采访，记者路过这个屋子看见里面全是女的，就问你们单位清洁工这是怎么个情况，清洁工说老板让她们留下来培训，记者就一会儿写篇文章说你歧视女工让她们工时加长什么的，尽管你的本意是训练女工效率更高，可这回你变成了歧视问题，你哑巴吃黄连了就...这种问题上你该怎么办?你如果在看到女工效率不如男工的同时想到了把她们留下单独培训可能造成的后果的话，一般情况下做经理的都会忽略这个效率问题，让这个问题继续存在。而在学术上，你的选择是：把没效率的女工辞退掉，或者让她们培训弄高效率。 就是这个道理。

当然跟你的问题没什么关系.只不过想说说，工作经验实际上不是很重要，你有，自然好，增大你被好学校录取的机率，你没有，那也不一定差。

推荐信的情况一般都是让你写2-3封，所以教授和公司领导都可以写了。教授一篇，找老板写一篇然后直接管理的领导再写一篇，就比较牛了。

第二篇：留学推荐信的完整格式

一封推荐信除了信头、发信日期、收信人姓名、称呼、信尾谦称、签名、推荐人姓名、职务等必需部分之外，正文内容说明应包括下列各项：

被推荐者的签名——为便于对方查询，被推荐者的签名仅写“MrWang”或“MissZhang”是不够的。用标准的汉语拼音或英文拼法都可以，但必须由被推荐者自己提供，且前后必须一致。

认识被推荐者的时间(Howlonghaveyouknowhim/her)——何时开始认识，或认识了多久。

认识程度(Howwelldoyouknowhim/her)——是偶尔见面还是关系密切，或仅教过一年还是担任其导师。

与被推荐人的关系(Relationship)——师生关系，上、下级领导关系等。

被推荐人的表现(Performance)——学习上、生活上、课堂上和课外活动上的表现。

结论意见——愿意推荐或不愿意推荐，无保留或有所保留的推荐、普通推荐或极力推荐，必须明确，当然极力推荐为最好。以上六项是任何一封推荐信所必须包括的，缺其中任意一项则都会失去函件应有的功能或会大大降低推荐的效果。

I got to know him personally when he was taking the course--Methodology of Management Research (or Methods of Management as stated in his transcripts), a course I taught, concerning basic research methods, especially quantitative approach to management research. Serving as his thesis advisor?I had a first-hand opportunity to observe the way in which Wang's mind works. In his senor thesis?Mr. Wang mainly discussed two challenging questions in regards to″ANN″. In our books in China?knowledge of ANN and its uses are very rare. Few people in China have studied this topic and consequently?the materials that are available on ANN are limited. Working on this difficult project?not only did Mr. Wang rise to the challenge?but he went above and beyond the call of duty to analyze his secondary sources and test them for accuracy in practice. In this way?he found mistakes in the book that we use. His diligence and hard work made me extremely proud of him.
