时间过的真快，不知不觉一学期又要结束了。在这半年中，我担任的是五年级（3）班的数学教学工作和三四年级的信息技术教学工作。我努力适应新时期教学工作的要求，从各方面严格要求自己，虚心向有经验的老师学习，在周主任的身上我学到了把教材内容与生活实际紧密联系的教学经验，在孙老师的身上我学到了灵活的教学方法，在丁老师的身上我学到了严谨的课堂教学语言，在兴雯老师的身上我学到了丰富的课堂评价„„我时常向数学组的其他老师请教，结合本班学生的实际情况，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。为了使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学期教学工作做以下总结：

一、以课堂教学为核心，落实教育目标。

1、备课。

学期初，钻研了《数学课程标准》、教材、教参，对学期教学内容做到心中有数。学期中，着重进行单元备课，掌握每一部分知识在单元中、在整册书中的地位、作用。思考学生怎样学，学生将会产生什么疑难，该怎样解决。在备课本中体现教师的引导，学生的主动学习过程；充分理解课后习题的作用，设计好练习。

2、上课。

（1）创设各种情境，激发学生思考。然后，放手让学生探究，动手、动口、动眼、动脑。针对教学重、难点，选择学生的探究结果，学生进行比较、交流、讨论，从中掌握知识，培养能力。接着，学生练习不同坡度，不同层次的题目，巩固知识，形成能力，发展思维。最后，尽量让学生自己小结学到的知识以及方法。现在学生普遍对数学课感兴趣，参与性高，为学好数学迈出了坚实的一步。

（2）及时复习。我的做法是：新授知识基本是当天复习或第二天复习，以后再逐渐延长复习时间。这项措施非常适合我们班学生遗忘快、不会复习的特点。

（3）努力构建知识网络。一般做到一小节一整理，形成每节知识串；每单元整理复习形成知识链，一学期对整册书进行整理复习。学生经历了教材由“薄”变“厚”，再变“薄”的过程，既形成了知识网，又学到了方法，容易产生学习迁移，给学生的创新、实践提供了可能。

3、作业的布置与批改。

因为每一位学生之间都存在着一定的水平差异，所以，布置作业时，要做到因材施教，分层次要求。根据每一位学生的特点选择一些具有针对性的练习让学生完成。批改作业时，针对不同的练习错误，教师面批，指出个性问题，集体订正共性问题，分析练习产生错误的原因，鼓励学生独立作业的习惯。

4、注重对后进生的辅导。

首先我把真诚的爱给予后进生、寻找出每个后进生学习毛病所在，做到从思想上对他们不歧视，感情上不厌倦，态度上不粗暴，方法上不过于简单，用自己对差生的一处真诚的爱心，叩响他们的心灵之门。其次我努力让自己发现他们的“闪光点”，比如：在课堂上给他们创造条件，鼓励他们举手发言，及时给予肯定、奖励；课外积极辅导、跟踪，多与家长联系，有利于为他们创设一个健康良好的环境。在教学中注意降低难度、放缓坡度，允许他们采用自己的方法慢速度学习；注重他们的学习过程。逐步培养他们的学习兴趣，提高他们的学习自信心，对学生的回答采取“扬弃”的态度，使学生敢于回答问题，乐于思考；必要时实行一对一的辅导。

二、教研教改方面。

把学生教好，让学生成功，是每位教师最大的心愿、最高的荣誉。作为一名教师，最紧迫的问题是具有新的教学理念，刻苦钻研新的教材。我认为现在对于课程改革环境下的教师，光有一桶水是不够的，要根据学校与班级的实际，拓展学生学习资源。我注重研究现代教育技术在课堂教学中的应用。在工作中，我深知学习的重要性，抓住一切机会认真学习，在不断学习、不断实践中不断提高自己的教育教学水平及班级管理水平。在校内，我积极参加每一次的教研活动，虚心学习，及时消化，吸取别人的精华，在自己的教学中不断实践，不断总结，不断提高。平时向书本学习、向身边有经验的老师学习，提高自己的课堂教学水平。总之，一学期的教学工作，既有成功的喜悦，也有失败的困惑，虽然取得了一定的成绩，但也存在不少的缺点，本人将在今后的教学工作中，吸取别人的长处，弥补自己的不足，力争取得更好的成绩。

紧张的期末考试结束了，面对同学们的成绩，感受到一点欣慰，但还有不足

和反思。为了以后更好的调控自己的教学，总结经验教训，我认真的进行试卷分析。

一、试卷题型分析

试卷紧扣教材，抓住重点，同时注重了各知识点的考查。五年级下学期

数学教材包括了以下内容：认识正负数、分数的意义和性质、分数加减法、方向与位置、统计、长方体和正方体、可能性等。其中，因数和倍数、长

方体和正方体、分数的意义和性质、分数的加法和减法是本册的教学重点

内容。本次考试试题基本覆盖了以上范围，试题主要有七种类型：口算、填空、选择、判断、计算题、操作和解决问题，试卷题型灵活多样，注重

全面地考查学生掌握基础知识的情况，同时，也能较好地激发学生完成测

评的兴趣。下面，根据各类型题谈谈我的看法：

1、第一题填空、第二题

选择、第三题判断，考查的是学生对基础概念的理解。题目难易适度，适

合大部分学生的能力水平，同时也有灵活运用基础概念的题目。如填空题2

和10、12题，选择题第4题都是相当灵活而且考察细致的题目。计算题

难易适中，解决问题的题目考察的很全面。从整体看，学生掌握不错，其

他题型，个别学生失分也是计算不认真造成的。

二、存在问题：

1、综合运用知识的能力较弱。主要表现在学生对解决问题的部分题目完

成的较差。有不少学生在分析题意时欠思考，对于题目没有理解清楚便解题，比较粗心大意。有的学生能理解题意，知道列式，但在计算方面失误多。

2、计算能力较差。部分学生计算一些稍复杂的数据就出错，主要表现在解决问题里，算式列对，计算错误。还有计算题的正确率也不高。

3、这不能充分养成认真审题的好习惯。

三、对今后教学的反思、学生的计算能力有待于加强，提高准确度。

2、加强应用灵活性的训练。在教学中，有意识的训练、提高学生的思维能

力。提高学生运用数学知识解决问题的能力。解答应用题不能只停留在平时练习的题型上，学生只是按部就班的求问题。没有根据具体题目来解答。为了提高学生这方面的能力，在今后的练习中，采取一题多变的形势，在变化已知条件和所求问题中训练学生思维。

3、针对学生分析理解能力较差的实际情况，在今后的解决实际问题教学中

培养学生从多方面、多角度去思考，把所学的知识应用于实际中。教育他们要灵活应用所学知识解决生活中的实际问题。

4、根据学生的不同特点对他们因材施教，从而提高学生的整体素质。

5、加强学生的日常养成教育，培养学生良好的学习习惯和学习态度。注重
