一、整体情况分析

本次考试总分为150分,考试时间为120分钟,考试内容主要以新课标高中英语必修5和选修6为主。试题结构并不是完全与高考题相同,而是去掉高考题中的“读写任务”,代之以“完成句子”和“翻译”,这种题型更利于夯实学生的英语基础,注重阶段内知识的考查和消化。试卷选材上注重题材、体裁的多样性,所选文章内容贴近生活,贴近实际,体现高中英语新课程的理念,具有时代感。如“阅读理解”的A篇文章,就叙述了2009年在全球爆发的H1N1流感。纵观整份试卷,最高分为113分,平均分为67.22分。对我们这种生源差的学校的学生来说,答题确实有很大的困难,特别是语法填空和阅读理解。

二、具体题型分析

1.听力

第一节:以结合实际为主,强调信息的直接摄入。内容生活化,在设题上注重推测、推理、主旨等的考查。全校最高分26分,平均分16.5分,最容易的是第1题,答对率为79.3%;最难的是第14题,答对率为20.4%。第二节:绝大多数的考生凭听觉写下听到的单词,而没有认真看句子的结构。如16题,不少考生写下house(正确答案是horse)。

2.完形填空

考查学生在阅读理解的基础上对语篇、词汇和语法知的识掌握,要求学生综合运用所学知识,选出最佳选项,是综合性较强的题型。最高分为20分,平均分为9.2分,从答对率(最容易是第24题63.6%;最难是第27题26.3%)看,我们的学生在句子的理解和具体语境的处理上还欠缺能力。

3.语法填空

重点考查词汇、短语、句型和语法,10道填空题可以分为涉及实词的形态的题目和涉及功能词的使用的题目两类。从考生的得分情况(最高分,10.5分;平均分,2.05)来看,这道题非常糟糕,很多学生词汇量贫乏,对句子的结构不了解。如第39题,很多考生把convenient的名词形式写成conveniention。

4.阅读理解

阅读部分选材内容地道、时代感强,突出了英语的实用性;既涉及时事新闻方面,又有关于文化、社会现象。这一特点充分体现了《英语课程标准》中提出的“文化意识”、“学以以致用”。它要求考生要关心时事,了解世界和中西方的文化差异,开拓视野,扩大知识面。整道题考得比较差,最高分只有22分,平均分11.02分。答对率:最高,第48题,61.3%;最低,第46题,竟然只有9.6%。

5.信息匹配

向考生提供A、B、C、D、E和F六个招工广告以及五个应聘者的信息,要求考生将应聘者与所拟应聘的职位匹配。考生答对率从第56题到60题,依次为55.4%、56.8%、48.4%、49.5%和40.8%。从数

据看,学生答题能力还是非常差的。

6.完成句子

该题考察学生对英语短语的掌握以及一些基本的语法知识。主要存在的问题是:不少学生短语用对了,但没有用上正确的形式。如第61题,很多学生只填上take

up;第64题,介词without后面不会用动名词等。

7.翻译

总体情况良好,能按照要求翻译出大概的意思。缺点是学生基础薄弱,尤其是以语法为中心的常规的基础知识掌握不牢,不按照给出的单词短语并按照要求,再加工一下用上正确的动词形式,而是凭自己的感觉胡编乱造出词组来翻译。如:第66,(when)glancing through都只是用glanced,误用 reading;第69题,接受建议应该用take advice,但用accepted the suggestions的学生较多。

8.基础写作

这次作文是写一则关于宿舍使用电热炉,而引起火灾的报道。但就整个年级写作情况,不容乐观。首先部分同学能恰到好处地使用连接词,例如在结尾部分,用到 as far as I am concerned, in my opinion, in a word, in short 等。其次在文章中巧用连接词和一些短语。从此次写作也能清晰的看到很多同学基础太少,以至于全年级至少有50个学生是没有动笔写写作,即使写了也有些是抄袭试卷前面的文章。学生由于基础差,所以语法和习惯用法错误特别多,例如 forgot taked off, should don’t take, should not used 等。此外,大部分考生书写普遍教

差,也影响了作文的分数。

三、后期的教学建议

1.夯实基础,积累词汇。词汇量的多少,或能否掌握词汇基本用法,决定着学生有没有丰富的语言知识,能不能在适当场合用英语进行恰当的表达。词汇量是制约多数学生阅读能力提高的“瓶颈”,词汇量的积累除了要准确掌握词汇的意义、词性外,还要通过语境掌握 词汇的用法,在理解基础上记住典型例句,这些都是试题来源和重要的表达素材。

2.加强阅读,培养语感。众所周知,语感非一蹴而就,也非可望不可及,它需要积累 大量词汇、科学训练和实践感悟。大量阅读需要阅读各种题材,如学习生活类、文化体育类、科学技术类、史、地、政、环保、经济、古代传统、人物、社会等。还要阅读不同体裁的文章,如记叙文、说明文、议论文、广告、宣传等。平常就训练学生在一定时间内运用略读、扫读、跳读等技巧,快速阅读,寻找关键词、主题句,捕捉时空顺序、情节、人物、观点,清理文章脉络,让学生养成每天阅读英语的习惯。

3.加强对学生解题方法,学习策略和应试能力的指导和培养。

2009~2010学年第一学期期末重点工作安排

一、复习及期末考试工作

1.复习工作。期末考试工作已经临近,教务处、各系部要加强对教学工作的检查,任课老师要加强对学生课业的辅导,力争使学生期末考试过关率达到95﹪以上。

2.期末考试工作。学校期末考试工作由教务处牵头、各系部配合全面安排好本次期末考试及考试课测试工作。考试课考试由教务处统一安排,各系部配合,考查课考试由各系部具体安排,教务处宏观指导。

(1)08级学生考查考试时间定于第二十周(2009年12月27日~2010年元月9日)进行,学生考试结束后次日全部离校。

(2)09级新生(含“3+2”转段生)考查考试时间定于第二十一周(元月10日~15日),考试结束后次日全部离校。

(3)考试期间设发热考场,发热隔离学生参加考试的,集中在一个发热考场派专人监考;对于因发热病重不能参加考试(或隔离不能参加考试)的学生由班主任负责办理好缓考手续,随下学期补考进行期末考核。

3.阅卷登分工作。阅卷工作由各系部安排,教研室统一组织集体阅卷,阅卷结束后由教研室统一组织评定成绩,并一式四份分别通知班级,上报系部、教务处,留存教研室。登分时间定于2010年元月7日~20日进行,逾期责任自负。

二、学校放假及开学安排

全校正式放假时间定于2010年元月20日(农历腊月初

六),学生分别于元月9日、16日放假,教职工于元月20日放假,假期共六周。下学期于3月1日、2日(农历正月十六、十七)报到,3月3日(农历正月十八,星期三)正式上课。3月2日下午全校大扫除,晚上各班召开班会。3月3日早晨7点升国旗。

三、年终总结工作安排

学校要求各部门一定要认真做好年终总结工作,此项工作由办公室全面负责协调安排。

一是各部门要召开部门工作总结会,要求人人总结工作,人人谈工作体会,人人提建议。部门负责人要虚心听取大家的意见和建议,认真做好会议记录,会后认真梳理;二是要认真总结,撰写不少于3000字左右的工作总结(要求对下一年的工作要有明确的思路和打算),并于元月10日前将电子版上交办公室;三是要求校领导要分别深入各处室、部门参加部门工作总结会;四是要求各级各部门各类工作人员都要撰写工作总结,部门工作总结上交办公室;中层干部工作总结上交组宣部,教师教学工作总结上交教务处,班主任及辅导员工作总结上交学生处。以上各类工作总结于元月15日前上交相关部门,由收缴部门负责校对编印(每种印刷五十本,并交档案室存档两本),于下学期开学前下发到各部门。

四、目标管理责任书考核及验收工作

年初卫生局与我校签订的目标管理责任书,于年底之前要进行考核验收,并要与市直卫生部门排队,对前三名要进行奖励。学校各部门都要重视此项工作,对年初分解至各部3-

性工作进行全面考核验收,要用量化指标进行评分。由校领导分组带队深入部门进行考核点评,部门负责人简要汇报的方式进行督查,最后要进行排队。全校各部门负责人要高度重视此项工作,任何人都不得敷衍应付。这次督查不仅是对过去一年工作的检验,更重要的是对部门下工作思路及工作重点的指导。此项工作由办公室全面负责,具体安排实施。

九、中层干部述职及年终考核工作

中层干部述职及考核工作是检验干部工作能力和工作实绩的重要手段,全体中层干部必须要重视此项工作,提前写出高质量的述职报告。此项工作由组宣部牵头,办公室统筹,安排校领导分组参加述职和考评,对考评末位的中层干部要进行末尾调整。

十、成人招生及培训工作

继续教育学院要切实抓好今年成人招生工作,争取确保完成全年招生计划,尽早发放录取通知书,全面做好下学期开学前各项准备工作,并努力办好平凉市卫生防疫及妇幼专干培训班(培训计划200人)。

十一、学校财务预决算工作

此项工作由计财处全面负责,相关部门配合。计财处要严格按照国家财务预决算有关规定,认真抓好今年学校财务决算工作,根据今年收入和支出情况认真做好明年财务预算。对预算内未支付的项目及借款未报账的人和事要抓紧催促,尽量于12月20日前办结手续。

十二、期末学生管理工作

学生处要加强对学生的后期管理,教育引导学生把精力转移到复习功课上来,减少各类检查及校园文化活动安排,全身心投入到期末复习考试当中,积极应对“甲流”防控工作,做好隔离和留观学生思想教育及日常生活的安排。

十三、教代会筹备及召开工作

本次教职工代表大会由工会牵头,办公室全面统筹,积极做好会议的各项筹备工作。要把本次大会办成“肯定成绩、开创未来,凝心聚力、努力奋斗”的一次盛会。会议议程、代表名额分配及资格审查、工会工作报告(工会负责)、校长工作报告(办公室负责)均在12月10日之前完成,并由常委会、党委会审议通过。教代会召开时间暂定于2009年12月19日上午举行开幕式。开幕式结束后分组讨论。

十六、老干部新春慰问工作

十七、校园安全稳定及值班工作

安全保卫处要加强期末校园安全巡逻及安全事故的防范,对重点区域和重点部门安全工作要加强指导,切实做好防火、防盗、防灾工作,确保今年全年安全无事故。

办公室要抓好期末行政值班工作,加强对值班人员值班岗位监督检查,确保每日夜间有人值班。

十八、学校(2010年)新春团拜会安排

不断追求

2009——2010学年第一学期高二历史教学工作就将结束了,本学期按照教学计划以及新的《历史课程标准》,已经如期完成了高二年级历史必修三的教学任务。下面就分几个方面来说一说我在这学期教育教学方面的心得和体会,总结如下:

一、备课—— 周到细致,找准重、难点 ;关注学生,突出教学环节

作为一名老教师,我能坚持认真备课和教学,备课时认真钻研教材、教参,学习好《课程标准》,虚心向同年级老师学习、请教,力求吃透教材,找准重点、难点。并且关注学生的实际情况,突出教学环节。提前一周备好课,写好教案。平时也坚持做到周前备课。积极参加备课组活动和各种听课交流活动,上好公开课,并能经常听各有经验老师的课,从中吸取教学经验,取长补短,提高自己的教学的业务水平。每节课都以最佳的精神状态站在教坛,以和蔼、轻松、认真的形象去面对学生。按照「高中历史新课程标准」进行施教,让学生掌握好科学知识。还注意以德为本,结合现实生活中的现象层层善诱,多方面、多角度去培养现实良好的品德和高尚的人格。

为了上好每一节课,我经常上网查资料,集中别人的优点确定自己的教学思路,常常忙到夜里十一、二点。为了学生能更直观地感受所学的知识内容,我还积极查找课件,制作课件,虽然高二年级无法采用多媒体进行教学,但我仍不断进行教材分析,制作课件,争取把每节课都备到最好。

复习阶段,我把全书及每一单元的重点内容、知识点的内在联系予以概括总结,并指导学生分班分组自己完成单元知识结构,让他们自己打印出来分发给学生自主完成基础填空,让学生有一个明确的学习思路。并精心印发了每个单元出现的最新题型,及时地让学生明确考试的方向。

二、上课——做到线索清晰,层次分明 上好课的前提是做好课前准备,不打无准备之仗。上课时认真讲课,力求抓住重点,突破难点,精讲精练。运用多种教学方法,从学生的实际出发,注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维,使学生有举一反三的能力。培养学生的学习兴趣,有难度的问题找优等生;一般问题找中等生;简单些的总是找后进生回答。上课后及时做课后反思和写教后感,找出不足之处及时加以改进。

三、作业布置——有针对性和有层次性.为了减轻学生的学习和作业负担,每次布置作业时,我都会精心地挑选,认真地选择一些有利于学生能力发展的、有利于学生发挥主动性和创造性的作业。作业批改后,我又能及时给予讲解;对于作业错误教多的学生,我利用课余时间对学生进行辅导,不明白的耐心讲解,及时查缺补漏。这样虽然作业量不多,但是作业的质量很高,学生通过不多的练习既掌握了知识,又提高了对知识的深层理解。

四、辅导——面向全体,关注个别。

在课后,我根据不同层次的学生的情况进行相应的辅导,以满足不同层次的学生的不同需求,避免了只重视优生忽视后进生的思想和做法。在课后的辅导中我加大了对后进生的辅导力度。我对后进生的辅导,主要是学习思想的辅导,在解决学生的疑难问题的同时,不断的给予鼓励和支持,让他们认识到学习的重要性和必要性,逐渐培养他们学习的兴趣,事实证明,我的这一做法收到了很好的效果。

五、积极参加学校组织的各种活动,我的原则是只要能帮助我进步的,我都会积极参加,本学期我参加了教学赛讲和我的教育故事的演讲比赛,收获颇多也有许多的感悟和认识,这些都将是我教育生涯中的一笔宝贵的财富,它会促使我成长的更快。

一、整体情况分析

本次期末考试主要考查的是人教版七年级上册预备篇的3个模块以及正式篇1至9模块的教学目标,同时考查学生对单词、语法等基础知识的掌握程度。注重考查英语基础知识和基本技能,又强调学生在实际中运用英语的能力,所涉及的知识点的面比较广,题目设计比较灵活。试卷分三大部分:听力部分,笔试部分和口语部分,共八大题型,总分100分,考试时间为120分钟。

二、试题结构及特点

该试卷试题结构,整套试题涵盖的知识面广,选材贴近时代,贴近学生的生活实际,并注重双基,突出运用,体现了《英语课程标准》的教学理念,试题总体难度适中,以课本为依托,重视语言知识的积累,同时有突出语篇阅读,考查了课本上的语言知识,让学生感到平时的教学与考试密切相关,从而促使他们重视平时的学习和考前的复习。整份试卷总体上来说体现了英语教学应遵循的重视积累,夯实基础,注重语篇,培养能力的原则,让学生体会到学习英语并非一朝一夕,一定要厚积薄发,试卷对英语教师的教与学生的学起到了较好的导向作用.第一大题:听 力

A部分听并选图片学生普遍做得好,学生可以借助图片很容易猜出正确答案,正答率在80%以上。做得较差的是后面部分,C部分对话理解中的部分题得分率只有20%。在D部分里,20题得分率在15%左右。第二大题: 基础知识与运用

此大题主要考察26个字母的书写,名词单复数以及冠词和代词。字母书写满分率在98%,失分率较高的是名词单复数的变化,如:strawberry-strawberrys,正确的书写应该是strawberries,即以辅音字母加y结尾的名词,变复数时,该y为i再加es.第三大题: 单项选择

单项选择主要考查了常规的一些单词、短语、语法项目,句子结构也并不复杂。单选覆盖面较广,涉及到:,时态,副词,介词(短语),名词、数词,动词和动词短语辨析,固定短语及交际用语,但单项选择题得分率偏低,这说明学生并没有精学,学生的基础知识和基础语法还有待进一步巩固。所以在教学中,我们还是要以教材为载体,扎实地做好英语常规教学,夯实基础,积累词汇,帮助学生梳理语言及语法知识,构建完善知识结构, 为学生形成听、说、读、写的能力打下坚实的基础。第四大题:情景交际

此大题分为A,B两个板块,主要考查学生口语交际能力,该题设计较为简单,各设置了六句答语,从中选出五句填入对话框内,降低了难度,大部分同学能够答对。

第五大题: 完形填空

完形填空共有A,B两篇文章,A篇为寻物启事和失物招领,题目简单,50%能拿满分,B篇难易适中,结构严谨,题目设置巧妙。侧重考查学生对语境、语义和语篇的深层理解,要求学生能在掌握文章主旨大意的基础上,正确理解句与句、之间的横向联系,但是也有好多学生出现不认真阅读短文而蒙猜答案的现象,有的题得分率较低。第六大题: 阅读理解

阅读理解A,B 两篇内容贴近生活,充分体现了英语学习的“学以致用”,A篇阅读内容较简单,得分较高,B篇阅读内容较难,学生词汇掌握差又缺乏阅读技巧,得分率较低。第八部分 书面表达

本次书面表达内容与学生日常生活息息相关。书写内容对学生并不陌生,课本中有类似题材,所以学生应该有话可说。学生非常熟悉,也容易下笔。但书面表达的情况并不尽人意,中式英语句子结构偏多,单词拼写也较多,可惜的是很学生也交了白卷。

三、存在问题

(1)两极分化较大,及格率和优生率偏低。从低分率的统计数据看,学生两极分化的现象相当严重,已有相当数量的学生在初一时就根本放弃了英语学习,这给我们以后的教学会带来极大的难度,教师的教学将会非常的被动。因此如何有效地抑制两极分化,如何对学有困难的学生的转化提高,大面积提高英语教学质量,对大多数学校来说,依然是目前十分艰巨的任务。

(2)基础知识和基本技能不扎实。学生对一些基本词汇、语法、句型的掌握不够熟练,运用能力更差。因此,课堂教学中应注重基础知识和基本技能的合理、有效训练,应引起我们的高度重视。

(3)对教材的重视不够。我们花了大量的时间在同步练习和模拟练习上,而忽视教材的指导作用。在本次抽考试题中有许多试题都能在课本书中找到原型,但考生的得分率并不高。在初一年级的英语教学中要求学生背诵课文和大量的口语操练相当必要,只有在学生具备了一定语言素材的基础上才能有效地运用语言。(4)学生综合运用语言的能力需要逐步培养。本次试卷中设计了少量的试题要求学生在一定的语境中灵活运用知识,从答题情况分析,绝大部分学生完全没有这方面的意识,语言知识的灵活和综合运用上失分比较严重。因此语言应用的能力应从初一平时教学中抓起,而不是单纯地讲解知识。

(5)起始年级的教学务必要注重对学生进行规范性的训练。在书面表达中学生的书写不规范,单词记忆不准不牢,词形变换能力差,拼写错误较为严重;部分学生仍用铅笔作答;中国式的英语非常普遍。学生不喜欢动手,动手就错。因此,在日常教学中如何对学生进行,有效的训练,增强课堂的实效性仍是今后较长时间内我们需要注意的问题。综上所述,题虽简单,但学生得分率偏低

四、应对措施

1.词汇是最基础的教学环节。在情境中学习单词、利用联想来记忆同类单词,通过阅读等多形式的练习巩固单词,养成每天积累词汇的习惯。

2.强化阅读。得“阅”者得天下,平时应重视阅读能力的培养,应该从低年级抓起,教师应多选一些内容健康、知识性、趣味性、欣赏性强的短文。文章浅显易懂,句子短小精干,语言要地道,难易适度,长短适宜。即不过易,也不过难,要有梯度,要有针对性。阅读理解训练中应培养学生的语篇意识、训练学生的阅读理解思维。要求学生坚持每天进行限时限量的阅读训练,最好坚持每天2—3篇阅读。
