一、被动语态的各种句型:

二、主动语态改被动语态的方法: 方法分为三步:⑴把原句中的宾语改成主语

⑵动词改为变动形式be done(同时注意时态)⑶原来的主语如果需要的话放在介词by后面,以指明做的 人或物,如果没有必要则省去

三、特殊句型的被动语态:

⑴含有使役动词(make /let /have)或感官动词(hear ,see, listen to ,look at ,find ,watch, feel等)的句子,在主动语态中这些词后常跟不带to的动词不定式,但是在改成被动语态时,则一定要把省去的to再加上去,另外help这一个词在主动语态中后面的动词不定式可以带to,也可不带to, 但在被动语态中也必须把to加上去。

⑵teach ,give ,pass ,show ,buy, tell等动词常常带有两个宾语(双宾语:直接宾语和间接宾语),改为被动语态时,两个宾语可以选其中任一个作主语。如果直接宾语被提前作主语,那么间接宾语(一般是人)前要加相应的介词to/for。

⑶由不及物动词(vi)+介词/副词+宾语的句子改成被动语态时,介词或副词不能丢掉。(前面已举过两例)

一、教材调整的依据

教材调整不能随心所欲, 而应该遵循一定的原则。

1.基于教材资源, 领会编者意图

教材是经过专家反复推敲、精心挑选和编写的, 绝大多数话题都贴近学生的实际生活, 具有较强的时代感[1], 每个单元的语篇和活动设计都承载着传递语言知识、培养语言能力和陶冶情操的任务。教师要调整教材, 是因为教材中的局部内容或某些活动, 不适合某个地区或某个学习群体。创造性地使用教材, 要基于教材, 超越教材;在深入挖掘教材内涵、领会教材的指导思想和编写意图的基础上, 结合本地区的实际情况对教材进行调整, 使教材的普遍性同本地区教学实践的特殊性有机结合, 提高教学效率, 实现教学目标。[2]教师应该避免按个人喜好而随意修改教材内容, 不应无视话题相关性, 功利性地删除教材资源 (如教材中的听力和补充阅读材料) , 而代之以高考听力和阅读套题。

2.基于整体框架, 加强宏观调控

新课程标准背景下的高中英语教材一般是以模块进行设置的。相对于传统的线性组织课程内容而言, 通过围绕一定主题, 并整合学生经验和社会经验进行的模块设置, 更有利于知识的融会贯通和相互联结。教师在开始教学某一模块时, 要先浏览模块目录, 了解模块五个单元的主题与知识目标, 认识模块的整体性、层次性以及各单元的关联性和相对独立性。这样才能在单元备课时, 做到心中有模块, 宏观上把握所备课的单元在模块中的地位与作用, 对单元某些方面进行调整时才能做到有理有据。

3.基于学习需求, 把握课程标准定位

新课程标准倡导以学生发展为本, 强调学生自主合作学习, 亲身体验, 建立适合个体的学习策略等。教学目标的着力点是学生, 评价的标准应是学生的发展, 而不是教师是否完成了预定的任务。[3]教材所设计的教学活动都竭力体现新课程标准理念, 让学生在活动中发展语言能力, 但如果教师发现某些活动不适合自己的课堂情境或学生实际时, 可根据具体情况对教材内容进行灵活处理, 及时调整教学活动。如采用替换活动、减少活动次数或简化活动过程等方式进行调整, 最大限度地满足学生需求, 不可单纯为了赶进度或以高考为标准而随意删除, 剥夺学生参与语言实践活动的机会。

二、教材调整使用示例

教材调整包括对教材内容、结构、顺序、教学方法等进行整合、重组、修改、增删、替换、拓展等, 使教材更适合学生的情况和实际教学的需要。以下是笔者对人教版高中英语教科书模块一第四单元进行的调整。

1.修改

Warming-up部分提供了两幅唐山和旧金山地震前的城市面貌图, 要求学生看图, 想象地震发生后的情景, 然后向同伴描述图上的物体会发生什么变化, 目的是让学生用相关词汇讨论地震的破坏力。但是, 图中的两座城市在历史上本来就发生过地震, 指令却要求学生去想象发生过的事情, 而且又把学生的想象力局限于两幅图的物体, 学生所能用到的词汇可能就只是初中学过的tree、building、bridge、fall、break等。

如果将原指令改为让学生自由想象、推理和描述地震对图中的两个城市造成的破坏, 并补充以下图片给予提示和激发, 那么本单元与地震相关的生词如crack、injure、destroy、survivor、track、useless、rescue、trap、bury、dig out、damage、in ruins等就会在教师的帮助下得以呈现, 为接下来的阅读扫清障碍。

2.整合

按照编者的意图, Comprehending的三个练习, 分别是为训练学生的细读、查读和总结主旨大意能力而设计的。选取的内容本身很好, 但编排的层次性欠佳。因为把握文章的主题思想是阅读的首要目的, 阅读一篇文章时, 阅读者通常应该先把握文章整体框架, 再关注细节理解。练习也应该尽量按该顺序进行编排:通过略读 (skimming) 迅速把握文章大意→通过查读 (scanning) 捕捉文章主要信息→通过细读 (close reading) 理解细节内容。

笔者将练习一至练习三整合为以下表格, 事先打印好, 上课时分发给学生, 根据教学目标要求学生按顺序完成相应的阅读任务。

任务1略读:让学生只看文章每段开头2~3句后, 把课文分成三部分, 说出每部分大意, 填入表格里的A—C空白处。

任务2查读:要求学生阅读时忽略其他信息, 只找文中提到的时间, 填写表格里的I-IV空白处。

任务3细读:填写表格里的1-19空白处。

每项任务都由学生独立完成后, 小组交流, 最后教师提供参考答案。

需要说明的是, 细读部分的设计, 大多数为课文原本信息, 此外还设计了一些挑战思维的填空题 (如以上参考答案中的画线部分) , 目的是检测学生的语言运用能力。

表格层次分明, 目的性明确。完成表格要求的任务后, 学生基本上能把握课文的主要框架与信息, 为复述或课文缩写提供了参考, 大大提高了课堂效率。

3.替换

Workbook中Using words and expressions部分练习二设计了9道汉译英题, 旨在训练学生使用本单元的新词汇。但20个词汇中, 名词就占了11个。这些名词只要学生背下来, 一般就能够使用了, 作为词汇运用训练题, 针对性不够强。而且该题需要学生用到定语从句, 似乎更适合归到Using structures部分。鉴于此, 笔者针对阅读课的语言重点、难点, 保留了其中两题, 再为学生重新设计了以下5道更有针对性的汉译英题, 借以检测学生语言重点、难点掌握的情况。教材中的其余7题则调到学习定语从句之后再布置。

4.补充

本单元的话题是地震, 采用了关于中国唐山和美国旧金山的大地震的有关文章作为阅读材料, 阅读材料涵盖了本单元的重难点, 重视三维目标的实现, 是很好的学习材料。但是此教材是2007年出版的, 2008年以来, 中国和日本又发生了罕见的大地震。近期或正在发生的事件能引起学生更大的关注和情感共鸣, 因此笔者及时把相关的英语报道印发给学生, 作为补充学习材料, 使学生更直接地了解地震的相关知识, 感受地震的破坏力, 学习在地震或突遇的灾难中如何自救、救人, 感受“一方有难、八方支援”的互助友爱精神。及时补充富于时代感的阅读材料, 不仅丰富了教材资源, 而且极大地激发了学生的学习兴趣和学习动机。

5.拓展

Using language中的Reading and writing部分提供了一篇新闻报道, 要求学生找出新闻报道标题、大意和细节, 并在下一页直接提供了参考答案。接着教材设计了第二个练习, 要求学生思考此篇报道的what、when、where、who、why五要素分别是什么, 然后写出提纲。由于教材直接给出了提纲范例, 学生可能不自觉地会参考, 实践的质量有可能打折扣。笔者认为, 在做第二个练习时, 教师有必要提供另外一份新闻报道, 作为拓展学习材料, 让学生亲自动手, 找出报道中的新闻报道标题、大意、细节和五要素, 要求学生独立写出提纲, 然后小组讨论, 最后教师提供参考答案。

为了检测学生的语言综合运用能力, 笔者对写作任务也进行了拓展, 让学生按要求先拟出提纲, 然后尽量多地用本单元学过的相关词汇、句型等写一篇报道。

任何一种教材都不可能完全满足某一特定学习群体的学习需要。[4]教师应该在充分把握课程标准、教材编写意图、模块整体框架的基础上, 以教材为载体, 灵活有效地调整教材资源, 使教材最大限度地服务于教与学。科学、合理的教材调整能优化教学内容与教学方式, 突破语言难点, 拓展学生思维, 赋予教材资源时代感, 激发学生的学习兴趣与动机, 拓展学生的语言实践机会, 提高课堂效率。教师应该努力提高自身素质, 用心对教材进行“二度开发”, 在创造性使用教材的过程中获得专业成长。

目标解读

 利用相互推介优秀图书的机会,激发学生读书的兴趣,让学生去发现好书、阅读好书。

 根据不同的图书,尝试精读、略读等多种阅读方法。

 以小组合作和班级活动相结合的方式,利用写读书报告、图书推介、模拟书店预售图书、评选最佳“销售主任”等活动环节,加强学生间的交流沟通,提高学生语文综合应用能力。

1.活动导入形式

①游戏导入:以传话的形式,由老师向每组第一位同学布置传话的内容,然后传给第二位同学。在规定时间内比赛哪组最先完成,并由最后一位同学将听到的内容写在黑板上,并谈谈对这句话的理解。(传话的内容设置为与读书有关的名言,长短尽量一致)

②比赛导入:由每组选派一名同学讲述一个有关名人读书的故事,比赛谁讲得最精彩 2.活动过程形式

①阅读后,写出读书报告。再由小组同学一起为推荐的图书写上推介词。②模拟图书销售,向顾客推荐图书。

③以朗诵、课本剧表演、经典对白表演等形式将书中最精彩的部分进行展示。3.活动延伸部分

①建立班级图书角,将图书分类,供同学阅读。

②每月读一本书,并写出图书简介和读书心得,在全班交流或以展板的形式展出。③进行读书笔记的交流活动。

1.教师向学生开出推荐书单,学生从中挑选一本阅读。

2.查阅作者的相关资料,在阅读时运用精读与泛读相结合、加圈点的方法,做好读书笔记。

5.将全班分成四个小组,选定一名组长,负责将组员的稿件收集起来,请老师指导。

 活动步骤建议

(一)难点处理建议

1.让每一位同学都参与到读书活动中来,并要坚持把书认真读完,这应该是此次活动的难点之一。可能有部分学生读了一半就放弃了,或者只是简单的翻一翻,不去细读、细品。在学生阅读过程中,教师应随时关注,并可与学生进行一些探讨,以调动学生的兴趣。

2.写读书报告和简介这应是此次活动的难点之二。教师可让学生在阅读的同时,去查阅和写读书报告有关的资料,形成自己的读书报告。教师给予一定的指导和帮助,不必要求格式的统一,关键在于引导学生在阅读的过程中学会思考问题。在书写简介时,要突出“简”,不要完全照抄书。

3.对学生的评价是此次活动的难点之三。根据评分的标准,对不同的角色,有不同的要求。因此,教师在引导学生认真学习评价标准的同时,还应给出相对具体的评语。

(二)步骤安排 1.小组初赛

①每位同学都进行“我最喜欢的一本书”的好书推介,其它组员倾听并记下自己的评价意见,最后推选一名优秀者参加班级的“优秀图书推介会”,小组其它同学帮他提建议,作修改。

②除参加班级 “优秀图书推介会”的同学外,其它同学为自己推介的书写50字左右的简介交组长,组长进行整理修改,做好在全班交流的准备。

③以小组为单位成立一个“模拟书店”,群策群力为书店取名,由组长任“书店经理”,参加班级“优秀图书推介会”的同学任“书店销售部主任”,做好召开“优秀图书推介会”的准备。

2.班级“优秀图书推介会”

①在全班进“优秀图书推介会”前一天,各组推介的好书分组整齐摆放,并在醒目的地方标明“模拟书店名”,供全班同学翻阅。

②各“模拟书店”经理,向全班概括介绍本“书店”所推介的好书;各“模拟书店”营销部主任重点向全班介绍本店隆重推出的一部好书。

(三)应注意的问题

1.由于职业中学学生在知识基础及阅读能力上都较薄弱,因此,应以激发学生读书兴趣为主。因此教师在推荐书目时,应充分考虑教授班级学生在阅读上的喜爱和偏好来推荐好书。但也不能纯粹为了迎合学生的喜好,将一些不适合中学生阅读的书籍推荐给他们。2.在活动中,教师只是主导,更多的空间交给了学生。因此,要让活动成功,组长就是关键。因此,要充分发挥组长在指挥、管理、监督、合作等方面的能力,确保顺利完成教学任务。

 活动评价与总结建议

1.对于认真读书的学生,应及时给予肯定和鼓励。

2.教师的评价与总结应带有激励性,为活动延续开展做好铺垫。

 活动描述

本活动围绕本单元阅读与欣赏的学习重点提炼文章主旨展开。要求引导学生运用自主学习、小组合作、互动交流的学习方式,通过阅读、写读书报告、优秀图书推介、模拟销售等环节,激发学生学习的兴趣,帮助学生养成良好的读书习惯,加强学生间的交流和沟通,提高学生的语文综合应用能力。

 活动目的

1.激发读好书的兴趣,培养好读书的习惯。2.尝试精读、略读等多种阅读方法。3.沟通交流,提高语文综合应用能力。

 活动过程

一、导入

世界文豪高尔基对书感情独深,爱书如命。有一次,他的房间失火了,他首先抱起的是书籍,其它的任何东西他都不考虑。为了抢救书籍,他险些被烧死。他说:“书籍一面启示着我的智慧和心灵,一面帮助我在一片烂泥塘里站起来,如果不是书籍的话,我就沉没在这片泥塘里,我就要被愚蠢和下流淹死。”
