一、关于注册建造师制度：

建造师执业资格制度最早起源于英国，历经150余年的发展，已成为世界建筑行业一项通用制度。目前，我国建筑业施工企业有10万多家，从业人员3669多万。已经取得项目经理资格的人员50余万.我国已加入wto，国内建筑企业与国际接轨已势在必行，且为了帮助我国的建筑企业走出国门，参与国际竞争。我国于起在全国实行建造师执业资格制度我国用5年的过渡时间，由建造师取代现行的项目经理。即从2月27日起,项目经理资质证书停止使用。

一级建造师考试分为四科：《建设工程技术与经济》、《建设工程项目管理》、《建设工程法规及相关知识》和《专业工程管理与实务》。一级建造师考试由国家统一命题，统一组织考试。考试成绩实行2年为一个周期的滚动管理办法，参加全部4个科目考试的人员必须在连续的两个考试年度内通过全部科目；免试部分科目的人员必须在一个考试年度内通过应试科目。

二、关于考试题型。20个单选题，10个多选题，5道综合分析题(案例)，其中单选题每题1分，共20分；多选题每道2分，共20分；案例题120分，共160分。考试时间为四个小时。根据的考试来看，案例题全部出在第二章。第一章、第三章全部为客观题，即单选和多选题。

三、关于教材书中比例。书中共200条，掌握：熟悉：了解的比例为70：20：10。工程技术：项目管理：法规=30：55：15。书中内容排列顺序依次为章、节、目、条、款。每章的具体内容是按照掌握、熟悉、了解来排列的。（要求学员将掌握、熟悉全部按照掌握来对待，因为考试时对此没有大的区别）。

市政公用工程包括城市道路、桥梁、隧道与轨道交通、给排水、燃气、热力及生活垃圾处理等多个专业工程。《市政公用工程管理与实务》共有三部分：市政公用工程技术、市政公用工程项目管理实务、市政公用工程法规及相关知识；

城市道路是城市的骨架和动脉，按照所担负的交通功能不同，分为快速路、主干道、次干道、支路等。

路基施工多以人工配合机械施工，采用流水或分段平行作业。

(1)路基施工程序

1)准备工作。

2)修建小型构造物与埋设地下管线。

地下管线必须遵循“先地下，后地上”、“先深后浅”的原则来完成。

3)路基(土、石方)工程

测量桩号与高程、开挖路堑、填筑路堤、整平路基、压实路基、修整路肩、修建防护工程等。

4)质量检查与验收

必须依照路基设计的平面、横断面位置、标高等几何尺寸进行施工，并保证路基的强度和稳定性。

1）路基施工测量

①恢复中线测量

②钉线外边桩。在道路边线外0.5～1.0m两侧。

③测标高

2）填土（方）路基

①路基填土不得使用腐殖土、生活垃圾土、淤泥、冻土块和盐渍土。填土内不得含有草、树根等杂物，粒径超过10cm的土块应打碎。

②排除原地面积水，清除树根、杂草、淤泥等。应妥善处理坟坑、井穴，并分层填实至原基面高。

③填方段内应事先找平，当地面坡度陡于1：5时，需修成台阶形式，每层台阶高度不宜大于30cm，宽度不应小于1.0m。

④根据测量中心线桩和下坡脚桩，分层填土，压实。

⑤填土长度达50m左右时，检查铺筑土层的宽度与厚度，合格后即可碾压，碾压先轻后重，最后碾压不应小于12t级压路机。

⑥填方高度内的管涵顶面还土30cm以上才能用压路机碾压。

⑦到填土最后一层时，应按设计断面、高程控制土方厚度，并及时碾压修整。

3)挖土（方）路基

①根据测量中线和边桩开挖，每侧比路面宽出30～50cm。

②挖方段不得超挖，应留有碾压而到设计标高的压实量。在路基设计标高以下60cm以内的树根等杂物，必须清除并以好土等材料回填夯实。

③压路机不小于12t级，碾压自路两边向路中心进行，直至表面无明显轮迹为止。

④碾压时视土的干湿程度而决定采取洒水或换土、晾晒等措施。

⑤过街雨水支管应在路床碾压前施工。支管沟槽及检查井周围应用石灰土或石灰粉煤灰砂砾填实。

4)质量检查
