中职学生有了一定的可行目标, 就能获得学习的动力, 就会不会失去前进的动力和方向。对此, 教师在在教学过程中应帮助学生设定阶梯式的学习目标, 化难为易, 让每位学生踩着“台阶“上, 而不是让自己所教的学生“一步登天”。对此, 在开始阶段, 教师应帮助学生设立低一点的目标, 以后逐渐提高。目标定得太高, 学生努力跳起来也摘不到“果子”, 更容易打击学生学习英语的主动性和积极性。所以, 我们职业学校的教师都应该有责任和义务帮助学生制定好切合学生自身实际的学习目标。在目标确定以后, 教师也要经常对学生的英语学习进行督促和检查, 并不断地完善和改正, 这样做更有利于学生的英语学习。
