笔者在杭州城郊结合区域的初中工作, 发现了如下现象:本区域的初一新生入学时, 大多数同学不愿意参加英语口头表达活动, 或口头表达含混, 英语发音不清等。笔者认为原因可能是多方面的, 比如:

1. 地理位置。

杭州吸引了大量外省、市的人就业, 他们的孩子大多跟随父母迁至杭城就读。很多这样的新杭州人居住在杭城的城郊结合区域, 我校就在这样的区域范围内。校内学生来自本市、外市本省、外省各个不同的小学。对于这些学生而言, 小学里所接受的外语学习有非常大的差异, 少部分同学的口语已经非常出色, 大多数学生从未接受过外语启蒙教育。

2. 学生知识面方面的差异。

学生知识面方面的差异很大。部分学生阅读量少, 知识储备不足, 口头表达的话题容量等都欠丰富。

3. 家庭观念有差异。

部分家长较重视英语的口语表达, 让孩子较早地开始这方面的学习。有些家长无此意识。

4. 初中学生处在人生中最特殊的青春期。

初中学生对人际交流的看法观点都处于变化剧烈、不稳定的时期, 上课发言的频率比小学时有所下降。英语口头表达方面有困难是情理之中的事。

因此笔者更加重视学生的英语口语训练, 坚持开展课前三分钟英语演讲活动, 力求让学生走出羞于开口、不敢说英语的困境。同时, 让学生明确英语口语能力的提高将有助于英语听力、阅读、写作、翻译等各方面能力的增强;演讲的技能有助于综合素质的整体提升;演讲者与听众的有效互动增强了同学间的情感交流;演讲者能从大家的支持中汲取成长的力量, 听众能从倾听中理解尊重的内涵, 从记载笔记与提出见解的过程中生成智慧。

二、设定课前三分钟英语演讲活动的基本原则

1. 据学生各成长阶段的英语水平强弱, 遵循由易至难的原则。

初中学生在初一、初二、初三学年三个大的时段中, 英语水平逐年变化, 由弱变强, 因此笔者在设定课前三分钟英语演讲活动时一直遵循由易至难的原则。

初一演讲活动开始, 只要求学生们能够讲述贴近学习、生活的小话题;初二时随着学生自身英语功底变强, 英语演讲开始有立意、可听性等要求;初三演讲的要求有:演讲文章本身需优美、有寓意, 演讲者要注重语音语调及情感需充分体现等。

2. 尊重学生不同个体间的英语基础差异, 遵循求同存异的原则。

每位学生都是独立的个体, 都有各自的特殊性, 英语水平的基础不可避免地存在着差异。笔者一贯坚持求同存异的原则:求同——鼓励登台者追求自信的锻炼, 勇于展现自我, 大家相互学习;存异——尊重差异, 允许展示水平有强有弱。

虽然有些学生的准备不够充分, 自信心也有些不足, 但在笔者和同学的鼓励下他们都能勇敢地上台展示自己。无论演讲水平如何, 所有学生都有了一个展现自我的机会。

3. 考虑演讲者与学生观众双方的权责, 遵循讲、听结合的原则。

演讲对于学生而言, 即是演讲者展现自我的方式, 也是演讲者和学生观众交流互动的平台。

对于演讲者, 认真准备、充分表现是关键, 这是对他人与自己负责。而观众必须做到安静与认真, 力图明白演讲者的中心用意, 学习他人的优点, 体现出对他人劳动成果的尊重和认可。演讲者能充分感受到观众的热情与鼓励, 从而提升自信心, 更杰出地完成演讲任务。

三、开展课前三分钟英语演讲活动的具体步骤

1. 教师合理引导, 设定演讲范围, 明确演讲要求。

在组织学生进行英语演讲活动之前, 笔者抽出专门的一节课进行辅导解析, 对活动的意义做了认真的分析, 充分调动学生的积极性。

大家开始建立一个整体参与的概念。笔者让学生清楚地明白, 在课前三分钟进行的英语演讲, 演讲顺序与学号及成绩等无关, 由抽签决定前后, 内容需适合大多数同学听, 请提前积极准备, 重视这个自我展示的舞台。别的学生在聆听的同时也要学会汲取优秀的词汇、篇章构局、创意及调动全场氛围的方法。

2. 演讲学生积极准备演讲, 充分展现自我。

演讲顺序确定后, 作为演讲者开始进行筹备工作。首先需要确定主题——文章的灵魂和中心。笔者要求其选择具有时效性或有寓意的话题, 引起同学的兴趣。可通过书籍、网络的查询, 借鉴、欣赏他人所创的美文。然后从自己的角度出发, 重新创作, 最初的文章成形, 请笔者把关。文章完成后, 最好制作相应的课件, 辅助演讲。最终在台前, 学生能全文脱稿, 并能充分运用面部表情和眼神等演讲技巧, 进行演讲。

3. 学生观众认真参与, 汲取精神食粮。

演讲时, 笔者要求学生专心投入地聆听, 跟着演讲者的思路一步步走, 准确而快速地捕捉到演讲的主要内容和主要信息, 充分体会演讲者的感情变化, 从而学习他人优点, 弥补自己的不足。学生在此过程中, 不应嘲笑一些突发问题, 如忘词等, 应带着积极的观点给予正确的评价。对于演讲者所提到的好词好句, 要求学生都能做到及时记录并消化巩固, 丰富自己的词汇量。大部分同学还踊跃举手回答问题, 使自己成为一个优秀的听众, 又努力成为一位优秀的演讲者。同学们都能够在这项活动中畅游英语世界, 感受英语的奇妙魔力。

4. 教师当场点评, 及时跟进反馈。

点评要及时。笔者在每一次演讲活动结束后都紧跟着完成点评, 虽然点评的语句不多, 但是实践证明这是必不可少的一环。可点评的点很多, 如演讲技巧、文章的立意、最出众的地方、尚欠缺的地方等等。

这种当场有时效性的点评, 演讲学生非常看重, 听众学生也听得非常认真, 这是一个引导的契机, 对每位学生的培养所起的作用都很大。

四、开展课前三分钟英语演讲活动的有效方法

要有效地开展课前三分钟英语演讲活动, 学生的英语基础功底要扎实, 要善于培养学生的演讲技巧, 笔者是这样做的:

1. 注重学生写作练习, 积累优秀的英语作文。

笔者很注重写作, 鼓励学生写得有自己的思想, 有创意。

在每次作文写完后, 笔者都精挑出几篇较好的文章为全班诵读, 并让听的学生注意品味, 积累其他学生所写的精彩之处;对于学生自己觉得满意的随笔, 也可交由老师审稿修改, 编辑成电子文档后在班级博客上供全班同学共同浏览, 建立班级作文库。

这些优美文章的积累为课前三分钟英语演讲活动的开展提供了充实的文本素材。因为有了写作的坚实基础, 学生在英语演讲时口头表达才能够更加流畅。这样做有效地帮助学生增强了信心, 缓解了由于登台紧张而引起的窘迫感, 有助于他们发挥学习的主动性。

这些训练也出了成效。如初三学年笔者辅导的两位同学所写的文章获集团写作大赛的一等奖, 其中李柏涵同学是集团英语演讲比赛一等奖的得主。

2. 注重学生演讲技巧, 培养良好的英语口语。

虽然每个学生的英语水平不一样, 但经过训练, 大部分学生都能掌握演讲的技巧。

(1) 要训练他们的英语发音, 着重引导学生落实音标学习。

(2) 要训练他们的语调。上课完成书上的听力练习后, 尽量抽时间让学生再听几遍录音, 并且要求他们跟着录音, 模仿语音、语调朗读, 也可利用课外资料模仿。如:问句的最后几个单词音调上扬, 用重音突出重点词语等。诸如此类的语调特点, 经过长时间的练习都可以掌握。

(3) 锻炼他们的自信心, 让学生增加一些实战经验。

(4) 注重训练学生演讲时的面部表情与肢体语言等。

(5) 鼓励学生多参与双人或多人的英语口语训练, 培养学生良好的英语口语。

3. 注重学生阅读广度, 养成敏捷的英语思维。

演讲作为一个展示学生能力的平台, 不仅仅需要准确的英语发音及适当的肢体动作, 也需要深厚的英语语言功底, 关键在于平时语言的积累与运用。阅读是一个吸收新知识最快的方法。笔者坚持鼓励学生拓展阅读广度, 养成敏捷的英语思维。如:从成功人士的奋斗故事中受到熏陶并形成积极的处事态度和正确的价值观;从重大历史事件的描述中, 了解风俗、人情、自然风光, 也了解过去, 更珍惜现在, 努力学习;从时事新闻中了解世界各地的新动向, 做一个与时俱进的人等。英语世界语言的特征极大地帮助学生拓展了阅读的面与广度, 同时也丰富了学生演讲时的内涵。

4. 注重听讲文明礼仪, 形成尊重他人的习惯。

通过长时间的认真听讲, 在笔者的引导下, 学生都逐渐养成了良好的倾听习惯。若有不同见解, 不会再像以前一样直接打断他人的讲话, 而是耐心地听他人讲完后, 再有条理地、清晰地表达自己的意见和看法, 这使交流探究与合作学习更好地进行;尊重他人劳动成果, 给予肯定与评价;锻炼了他们的耐心, 使他们在活动中, 可以做到耐心、静心、认真地听讲;在课堂上不浮躁, 安静, 提高了听课效率。这些都是良好的倾听习惯, 会使他们一辈子受益, 在将来的工作中, 必定会体现他们的修养, 也让他们更顺利、更杰出地完成每一件事!

5. 注重学生成功体验, 用好校内外展示平台 (英语节、家校通、各项竞赛等) 。

为了让学生拥有更多的成功体验, 笔者也付出了很大的努力。

利用家校通的平台, 将孩子英语学习的点点滴滴汇报给家长:将在课上演讲后的点评语句写成短信, 将孩子每日在演讲中的成长及时汇报给家长。只要学生肯花时间, 演讲者的家长当天都会有一份相应的短信表扬, 这样便于家长和孩子进行沟通。

五、开展课前三分钟英语演讲实践后的反思

通过初一到初三的课前三分钟英语演讲活动, 学生在不断成长, 老师则是一路伴随他们成长, 见证了他们的蜕变。事实证明, 课前三分钟英语演讲活动实践下来, 学生在英语听、说、读、写方面都得到锻炼:专注听, 大量读, 持续写, 敢于说。

不断追求, 不断突破, 不断超越!这个舞台见证了学生的成长, 学生从中收获的喜悦与成就感是他们学习过程中的美好体验。这是他们人生中一笔宝贵的财富, 为他们未来的发展打下了坚实的基础!

摘要：在城郊结合区域初中的英语教学中, 笔者长期坚持开展课前三分钟英语演讲活动, 有意识地结合学生听、说、读、写能力的训练。实践证明, 通过演讲活动, 学生的英语阅读能力、英语写作能力、英语口语表达能力、善于倾听等人际交往能力和英语演讲技巧得到了大幅提高。

比赛开始,地图TM,紫色的Fly出生在地图8点,用的种族依然是大家所熟悉的兽族。他的对手,就是前WCG世界冠军第六塔族Infi,坐落在地图5点,青绿色的人类。

比赛开始按部就班,Infi双敲祭坛,目标就是门口的地精实验室了。Fly也幸运的第一时间探到了Infi的主矿,“今天人品不错……”Fly的剑圣还没出生就已经安排好了人生规划:疾风步赶到,兽族步兵卡路,杀农民兄弟

Infi大法师比对手剑圣提早面世,神清气爽之余,急忙招出水元素直奔地精实验室,配台农民工奋力杀怪。而怪物也比较给面子,艺人面罩,对于大法来说,这是一个仅次于法师长袍的好宝物,大法连忙拾起,带领已经卸除武装的农民大军,跑路!但Fly的剑圣不会让大法这么轻易偷宝就走的,兽族步兵肥胖的身躯对待人族农民犹如篮球里的奥尼尔对布鲁克斯,身型优势明显。左挪右挡,勇猛卡位。剑圣在后面趁机狂挥西瓜刀,留下了4具农民的尸体……而Infi能做的,也只是将Fly的剑圣打成红血,尾随其后,追到Fly家中。

Infi牵制出色,塔魔初露狰狞

话说Fly的剑圣虽生命垂危,但凭借家中布局良好。躲到深处享受药膏的补给。Infi也无奈,自己的一级水人确实不给力。打几下地洞,反倒赔了两个Footman。但这时Infi农民就位,资金、木材足够,立即升级了2本!看过Infi比赛的同学可能会知道,这是典型的召唤兽王&火魔TR兽族的打法,Fly看在眼里,懂了呀!家中内部偷偷补下磨坊一个,有备无患

这时的Infi兵力不足,索性放弃了被动的练级,主动到兽族家去不停牵制,“敌进我退,敌走我扰”,其动作可称为:在兽族门口晃啊晃

犹如犹豫要不要向女友表白的小青年,(这,三蛋情何以堪==)而Fly是个豪爽的人,回家将犹豫的大法师赶走,趁机练到了三级。

时间飞速到了2本升级完毕的时刻,Infi果真从中间召唤了自己的2当家火魔!带上民兵,身着三塔,冲到Fly家中。而Fly的基地由于升级早,兽栏及灵魂归宿都已完成,暗影猎手也赶到战场,双方进行了第一次的正面交锋!擒贼先擒王,Infi贫血的大法师就成为了Fly的首要攻击对象。大法师见势不妙,撇下大家自己扭头就跑。Fly见此小青年果真见利忘义,转头攻击火魔,没成想,追杀火魔的同时自己的暗影猎手被步兵和召唤物所包围,在身背血瓶的情况下,不幸阵亡。看到2师兄挂了,大师兄剑圣急了,开加速+疾风步干掉了大法师,但家中外围已是塔林一片。

这样双方各自躲到建筑后方,Fly给剑圣和暗影猎手贴药膏,Infi继续树塔。休整片刻Infi便又杀了出来,借着塔阵,狐假虎威的狂点兽栏和兵营。Fly只好出投石车应对,但无奈兵营被打爆,而投石车数量只有可怜的一架,Fly局势已是大劣。

内起基地是妙招,龟缩防守Infi撤退

Infi果然不愧为第六塔族的称号,塔越树越多,而Fly基地的血量也在塔群的攻击下越来越少。4级剑圣恨的牙痒痒,但面对塔林也是无能为力。一声爆破声,基地炸掉,Fly面临断矿……

Fly尴尬,Infi也攻不进来,大家守住自己的一亩三分地。但Fly知道,随着时间的推移,自己必将失败!失去经济的来源,对比赛来说是致命的,这时候,Infi也已经在家中悄然放下两个神秘圣地,出些法师,他也断定,不久后的冲锋对失去经济命脉的Fly是致命的打击。

但Infi没料到Fly在如此关键的时刻做了一件事:利用自己唯一的投石车砸自己基地深处的树木,竟然砸出一个“120平米”的空地!此处位置虽身处“五环开外”,但寸土寸金哪,刚好放下一个基地!这下Infi傻眼了,塔林威胁不到Fly的一丝一毫建筑,而自己万万不敢深入到Fly家中。fly的基地已经起来了,兽族的经济又活了!

随着投石车在里面不停的攻击,Infi的塔阵在逐渐的失去自己的威力,而Infi的矿区也已经濒临枯竭。Fly由于一直处于被动,反而多出3000余黄金的储量,这下,面对Fly可以说是出奇制胜的“内部基地”妙招,只守在自己的“一亩三分地”里,Infi就必须退回另寻他法了!

经济资源论成败,Fly失翻盘机会

但Infi毕竟老练,他知道,失去兽栏没有狼骑的兽族只需几个女巫就可以完美牵制。砸锅卖铁把包括艺人面罩的宝物统统卖掉后,带领民兵(他们好苦命),去自己临矿点树塔开矿。

而Fly也只是一级基地,保留下来的灵魂归宿只能出出白牛,这时的Fly,也丝毫不敢大意。剑圣紧随Infi部队,抓准时机,与Infi的大部队进行交火!

但无奈人族女巫太多,在Infi细腻的法师操作下,兽旅步兵首先死伤殆尽,而仅剩的白牛根本不能作为攻击的利器,剑圣在女巫的减速下发挥不出自己的高攻击优势……可怜的Fly,如果有个三级牛头人酋长也好,但三级的暗影猎手确实在团战中作用甚微。最终,在Infi开矿成功,Fly开矿失败后,Fly打出了GG。

It’s a great honor for me to stand here on this special occasion to deliver a speech.Today I’d like to talk about my happiness in Nankai University.I have a senior high school classmate now majoring in economy and finance in Hong Kong University.The other day she asked me the reason why all her friends in Nankai feel extremely proud of this university while those in other schools don’t have such strong passion.I couldn’t tell the concrete reasons, but I did think a lot.To be honest, I felt more than lucky to be admitted by School of Finance in Nankai, for I didn’t do well in the national entrance examination.I lost more than 40 points in physics, which got me the lowest grades and ranks throughout my senior high school life.To my relief, I don’t have to study physics in the following four years, which is definitely an extra bonus.The first day I got here I was warmly welcomed by the whole school.As time went by, I became increasingly busy.But whenever I lost my direction or felt aimless, there was always someone encouraging me to go further.Sometimes it was my parents.Sometimes it was senior schoolmates.Sometimes it was my teachers and instructor.For example, this Friday I hosted a knowledge contest together with four other schoolmates.It went smoothly although I made some mistakes.After the contest my instructor Mr.Zhang texted me by WeChat to encourage me.Also, like our English team, every weekend our coaches would sacrifice their time to teach us the tips of speech.Your hard work is highly appreciated.As the saying goes, “United, we stand.Divided, we fall.” I think it is unity that makes us distinguished and proud.As the school motto shows, “Dedication to public interest, acquisition of all-round capability, and aspiration for progress with each day.” I’m firmly convinced that with our joint effort, my life here is getting happier with the English Team, with Nankai University, and with you!

time passed by,and i conclude one idea in my mind.well ,this idea doesn’t only come from my unyielding faith in the united spirit of the chinese people but it also comes from my own story.

i am an eighteen year-old boy who has never experienced being away from my parents for more than a month.at first,i thought i have to learn to be independent and i woulde have to overcome the difficulties with no one to depend on.

but a story changed my mind.

five days ago,i got a heavy cold.recalling that day’s event,i was in low condition and felt helpless in the bed,however,after knowing what had happened,one of classmates just say” i will accompany you along the way to the hospital and the way back to school.”that single moment of his words may not mean much.but it is where we start,it is where we all form the common belief that your guys’ shoulders will be ready for you whenever you are in need of help even though in the risky of falling behind in study.the class you are in will be your another family.

and there is also another story i would like to mention here,our class ranked low in this month,but there are not blames,not critics,not anything like you should have done it better.we just say”we can,and we will do it better and better step after step.”
