一、从高考英语阅读理解文体和题型来看预测

根据2014年福建省英语考试说明,阅读理解题型可以分为主旨大意题、细节理解题、根据上下文推断词意题、推理判断题、文章结构题、作者观点态度题等六大类型。其它各省出的阅读理解题目也不外如是。下表是笔者根据2014年全国各省市出的共18份高考真题进行统计得出的数据。(统计归类说明:

1.全国大纲卷和课标Ⅰ、课标Ⅱ卷重复的题目不算。

2.只计算多项选择题,匹配题不算。

3.凡报道事实但类似说明文的归入新闻报道,类似记叙文但偏重说明的归入说明文。

4.题目类型分类:找出最佳标题型、作者目的型、段落大意型归入主旨大意。

5.有些题目类型既可以归入推理判断型,也可以归入细节理解型,只归入一类。)4年

二、高考题型

统计数据表明,从文体来看,说明文或者偏向说明的文章占了三分之一,记叙文近四分之一,两项加起来占了二分之一强。这是今年高考阅读文体的趋向。就题型来看,细节理解占了二分之一强,同时也是学生做题错误率最高的题型。平常我们认为比较难的推理判断题仅占十分之一,而文章结构题尽5.3%。这个数据和学者对往年高考真题作的共时性研究统计数据有点类似,高考出题者倾向于出细节理解题,而对文章结构题和观点态度题考查力度欠低。数据说明高考阅读理解文体和题型呈现一定的规律性和倾向性,把握这个规律性,就为预测提供了可能性。

三、从高考阅读理解题的命题点来看预测

高考英语阅读理解的命题点呈现一定的规律性:

1.例举处,如first,second,third,该内容常常以两种形式出题:一是which形,从四个答案中选择正确选项;二是判断对错或者except形。

2.转折处或者强烈对比处,如but,however,still,yet,in fact 等等。

3 . 数字和年代。这些细节问题常常需要通过计算和综合,或者排序。

4.最高级或者绝对性形容词或者副词,如must,most,ofall,anyone,only,just这些词因为其表述的绝对性,不容易引起歧义,常常成为出题的着眼点。出题方式采用同义表达发问。

5 . 隐蔽处,就是在句子当中容易被忽视的地方,如从句、同位语、副词、不定式等等。这些地方出题既可以考察学生做题的细心度,又可以考察其对句子的真正的理解度。

6.因果关系处,即含有because,so,consequently,basedon,as a result 等,通常采用推理题形式。

7.段落主题句。采用两种形式出题。一是有明确的主题句的,四个选项中其它干扰项有可能是文章的具体支持细节,但不是该段的大意,常常能混淆视野,诱导学生选择错误答案。二是没有主题句,需要学生归纳大意,题中其它选项是该段的具体细节,也常常诱导学生跳入陷阱。

熟谙这些命题点,能有效地提高解题的速度和效率。

学生在第一次阅读文章时,碰到命题者有可能出题的着眼点,画上横线,并有意识地将信息进行记忆、加工、处理,以免做题时又要通篇阅读全文,甚至于找不到答案出处。

四、策略

1.语篇层面:根据文章体裁特点与题型分布预测。

英语阅读文章体裁虽然丰富,但仍然不外是记叙文、说明文、论述文、新闻报道、广告等。各类体裁喜欢出的题目无不围绕该类体裁的最核心最要紧的信息。如上文笔者的统计数据表明,记叙文出题包括文章的目的(主旨大意题),人物之间的关系,故事当中需要推理的细节(细节理解题),个别需要根据上下文理解的单词(词汇题),故事发生的先后顺序等。说明文喜欢出细节理解题、观点态度题、主旨大意题,常常包括文章要阐述的对象、对象的特点、功能或者用途、对象的潜在问题、市场潜力等等。论述文出题包括整篇文章的观点、论据、论述的方式,或者是一方观点、另一方观点等细节,以及文章结构(结构题)等。新闻报道根据其体裁的特殊性则围绕所报道的事实为中心,通常总会在第一段出题(主旨大意题),也会选择事实的重要信息出题(细节理解题)。学生在第一遍通读这些体裁文章的时候,根据其体裁特点,抓住这些重点信息,划上横线,提高解题的效率。

2.段落层面:根据主题句和因果关系进行预测。议论文或说明文当中,段落的主题句、主题句和支持细节之间的关系也常常成为命题热点。命题者的常常以细节代替主题句,使学生跳进陷阱。如果段落行文中没有because等表达因果关系的词汇,但暗含因果关系的地方也常常是命题热点。

3 . 句子层面:根据标志词、长句、难句进行预测。如上文所述,碰到转折连词still,but,however,yet,ratherthan,instead等处,表达因果关系的词because,based on,consequently等处,画上横线。

另外,在文章阅读过程当中,碰到长句、难句,要划上横线。因为通常出题者喜欢围绕长句难句做文章以考察学生的语言理解能力,提高试题的难度,这些地方常常出推理题和细节理解题。表明文章目的的句子也要画上横线。

4.结构层面:根据文章结构预测。这点特别体现在议论文体上。学生一看到文章体裁是议论文时就要注意文章的结构,是总分总结构,还是别的什么结构,阅读过程中要理清文章行文主线。这类文体在文章行文过程中,常常会引用某个人的事例、观点来支持前文所述的观点或者道理,命题者常常考查考生对这些事例、观点的深层理解。
