“腹有诗书气自华,读书万卷可通神。”一本好书,就是一位良师益友,与好书为伴,就是与智慧快乐同行。暑假是学生进行课外阅读的最佳时机,让学生在假期有计划地多读书,既增长知识,开拓视野,陶冶情操,又为学生积累和发展语言能力打下了基础。因此,结合教材和学生实际,可以推荐《365夜故事》《安徒生童话》《格林童话》《窗边的小豆豆》《文字的奥秘》等书籍作为学生阅读的重点篇目,并设计对应的阅读卡,让学生记录阅读的时间、篇目,要求学生在阅读卡上概括所读书籍的主要内容,摘录精美词句,写出自己的读后感。开学后,通过展开读书交流活动,让学生侃侃而谈,竞相发言,沉浸在读书的幸福当中。

“读史使人明智,读诗使人灵秀。”古诗词中蕴含着丰富的内容,动人的意境,为了让学生更好地理解诗意,体会诗词的意境,可以安排学生选择背诵自己喜欢的十首古诗词,并充分发挥想象力,通过对诗歌的理解给诗配图,用画笔来传达诗词的意象,激发学生对古诗词的热爱。

二、书法练习

“一笔一画写好字,一生一世做好人,一字一句读好书。”无论是先秦书法,还是甲骨文、金文、小篆,或是“二爨”书法(爨宝子碑,爨龙颜碑),还是楷书中的极品欧颜柳赵,均能够启迪学生的心智,净化学生的灵魂,培养其深厚的文化底蕴。在假期里,可以安排学生每天坚持练半页字帖,通过每天的书法练习,让学生的精神和品格受到潜移默化的影响。

三、亲近自然

“绿树浓荫夏日长,楼台倒影入池塘。”岁岁年年,花开花落,大自然伴着我们成长,无声地传授知识,是最好的老师。伴着蛙声蝉鸣,随着清风阳光,让学生在假期里跟随父母去看看苍树翠竹,去听一听海风吟唱,去尝一尝瓜果飘香。零距离感受名山大川、花草树木、蓝天白云带来的愉悦。让他们把看到的美景拍成照片,配上精彩的语句,汇集成简报,记录下旅行的足迹。如去过大理鸡足山的学生写道:“这里的景色之美,仅仅用‘山清水秀是无法形容的。你走的小路,虽不平坦,却令人感到踏实,眼前满是青翠,耳旁有哗啦啦的流水声,身旁有鸟儿作伴,那是一种何等美妙的感受,你会把整个身心都交给大自然,去拥抱它,去感受它,并将自己完全沉浸在其中,和它融为一体。”“读万卷书,行万里路”,能让学生学到书本上学不到的知识,从而更加热爱生活,热爱生命。

四、动手操作

南宋诗人陆游说得好:“纸上得来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行。”用自己的双手去发现色彩的美,形状的美,创造的美,收获的不仅仅是快乐,还有成就感和自信心。

1.变废为宝。在假期里可以让学生收集一些可乐瓶子、纸杯、易拉罐等制作一些小手工艺品,利用废旧物品制成小装饰品,有利于培养学生勤俭的美德,体验低碳环保的生活方式。

2.摆出个性。苏霍姆林斯基说:“在人的心灵深处,都有一种根深蒂固的需要,就是希望自己成为一个发现者、探索者的需要。”小小的火柴棒能让学生大有可为,让他们利用火柴棒摆出数字、图形,或者拼成一幅画,并把它粘在纸板上,既培养他们的探究意识,又锻炼他们的动手能力,动脑能力,可谓一举多得。在学生展示的作品中,有形态各异的几何图形,有日月星辰,有花鸟虫鱼,也有憨态可掬的“火柴人”。在展示过程中,学生们都为彼此的奇思妙想惊叹不已。

3.捏出精彩。橡皮泥是学生爱不释手的玩具,为了尊重假期主人的天真本色,提升暑假作业的魅力指数,可以让学生在暑假里用橡皮泥捏一些自己喜欢的小动物,让暑假作业体现学生丰富多彩的“假期色彩”。开学后的班级活动中,让学生互相展示自己的杰作,在笑声、掌声中享受成功的愉悦。

五、参加运动

现在的学生喜欢在家“宅”着,有时间也不运动,他们更愿意看电视、上网或者玩游戏,出去参加运动的不足三成,长此以往,不仅不利于培养学生正确的兴趣爱好,也不利于学生身心健康的发展。因此,在假期作业中要安排学生坚持和家人一起锻炼身体,把热爱体育运动、积极锻炼作为自己的每日功课,做真正的阳光少年。

六、家务小帮手
