5) 1层丁基橡胶或EPDM, 用符合要求的胶粘剂固定;

6) 带塑料薄膜或预制板的橡胶沥青膜;

7) 多层冷液体施工弹性体膜, 带符合要求的底涂料。

2.1.2 防水膜组成

1) 涂刷用的石油沥青

石油沥青应符合ASTM D449, 要求根据与使用有关的条件选择Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型或Ⅲ型。道碴-桥面铁道桥上的防水膜应选用Ⅱ型石油沥青。

2) 涂刷用的煤焦油沥青

煤焦油沥青应符合ASTM D450, 要求根据与使用有关的条件选择Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型或Ⅲ型。道碴-桥面铁道桥上的防水膜应选用Ⅰ型煤焦油沥青。

3) 织物

织物应符合ASTM D173, 是浸沥青物质的纺织棉织物, 要求选择的石油沥青符合ASTM D449, 煤焦油沥青则应符合ASTM D450。

4) 毡

与涂布石油沥青一起用的毡, 应符合ASTM D226, 要求选择2个类型的毡, 在道碴-桥面铁道桥上铺设防水膜应使用Ⅰ型毡。

与涂刷煤焦油沥青一起用的毡, 应符合ASTM D227的要求。

5) 丁基橡胶 (IIR) 或三元乙丙橡胶 (EPDM) 防水卷材

防水卷材可选择1.5、2.3或3.1 mm厚度, 性能应符合ASTM D6134关于硫化橡胶卷材的物性要求。

6) 胶粘剂

固定卷材和保护层用的大面胶粘剂, 应符合防水卷材厂家的规定。

7) 粘结剂

拼接防水卷材用的粘结剂应是符合下列要求的自硫化丁基胶混合料:在25℃布鲁克菲尔德粘度计 (10 r/m下3号轴) 下的粘度为1 700～3 400 mPa·s;总固含量≥30%;涂在2个配合表面上, 用量为5.4 L/m2。

8) 丁基胶带

拼接2块卷材用的丁基胶带应是带200μm厚聚乙烯薄膜背衬的黑色可硫化丁基橡胶。胶带包括背衬应是750 (+100) μm厚。

9) 带塑料薄膜或预制板的橡胶沥青膜

带塑料薄膜或预制板的橡胶沥青膜, 应由高含量橡胶改性沥青在塑料薄膜或预制板上成型的预制层及冷涂底涂料和/或玛王帝脂组成。要求膜厚≥1.5 mm;剥离粘结性:干态7 d、49℃下7 d、干态7 d, 和干态7 d、49℃下7 d、泡水7 d两种条件下均≥0.9 N/mm;裂缝桥接性:在-26℃下, 裂缝由0至6 mm打开和闭合循环, 循环次数≥100次。

10) 冷液体施工弹性体涂料

冷液体施工弹性体涂料应是100%反应型喷涂施工的材料。拟验收的产品必须符合表1所示的所有试验, 试件厚度在厂家推荐的厚度以内, 干膜厚度不得小于2.0 mm。

2.2 配套材料

2.2.1 底涂料

1) 石油沥青膜采用石油沥青作底涂料;石油沥青底涂料应符合ASTM D41的要求。

2) 煤焦油沥青膜采用煤焦油沥青作底涂料;煤焦油沥青底涂料应符合ASTM D43的要求。

3) 冷液体施工弹性体膜底涂料的类型, 应与基层和厂家推荐的涂料类型相容。

4) 带塑料薄膜或预制板的橡胶沥青膜, 应按厂家的推荐进行冷施工。

2.2.2 防水膜的保护层材料

1) 硅酸盐水泥混凝土保护层

(1) 混凝土应是充入空气的, 最小水泥含量为334kg/m3, 最大水灰比为0.53, 粗集料最大尺寸应为20mm。

(2) 混凝土应当用符合ASTM A185要求的钢丝网加筋。钢丝的最小尺寸应为No.12 (2.7 mm) , 钢丝在纵横2个方向上的最大间距应为150 mm。

2) 沥青板 (ASTM D517)

保护防水膜用的沥青板应是平的, 使用一层或多层, 总厚度最小为25 mm。拟单层施工的沥青板边, 应带搭口接缝供货。

3) 沥青复合板

沥青复合板应符合下述要求:

(1) 每块板由5层组成, 包括沥青和无机矿物填充颗粒按一定配比拌合而成的芯材、浸沥青毡底部增强覆盖层, 而上部则为涂布耐候涂料的浸沥青毡或玻纤毡并具有隔粘薄膜或涂层的覆盖层。

(2) 沥青和无机矿物填充颗粒应拌合成芯材, 沥青形成拌合料的基体以承载粒料。矿物填充粒料的功能是在芯材中增加密度并提高刚性和稠度。

(3) 沥青复合板的主要质量指标:最小重量:9.5mm厚为12.7 kg/m2, 13 mm厚为17.1 kg/m2;吸水率 (ASTM D545) ≤1.0%;沥青耐候涂层厚度0.5 mm;沥青含量50%～60% (质量) ;无机矿物填充颗粒含量≥25% (质量) ;4～6℃下的脆性:按ASTM D994要求无裂纹或碎裂。

(4) 沥青耐候涂料应涂在保护层的外上表面。此涂层应具有足够的厚度, 在室外直接阳光作用下具有尺寸稳定性。适当的隔粘薄膜或涂层应当施加用作剥离材料。在安装期间, 浸沥青毡的面应当对着防水膜铺贴, 而带隔粘薄膜或涂层的面则应暴露于道渣石料。

2.2.3 保护膜板接缝和边用的密封胶

1) 热浇注弹性型密封胶应符合ASTM D1190的要求。

2) 密封接缝和边用的冷施工塑料粘结剂可根据要求选用厂家专有的产品。
