1.1 高中生的成长教育环境和教师自身的经历

母语在外语学习中会产生负迁移作用。那么母语同样在外语教学中也会产生正迁移的作用。在外语学习中，母语的正迁移作用指的是由于两种语言之间的相似性对外语学习而产生的促进作用。母语的正迁移作用会表现在很多方面。例如：词汇方面的相似性可以减少学习者记忆外语词汇的时间；书写方面的相似性可以让学习者在较短的时间内书写出所要习得的外语；句法方面的相似性可以使学习者在目标语的冠词、词序、关系从句等语法方面的学习难度降低。正迁移在语言学习的不同层面上都会出现。

教师可以在讲课的时候不时地让学生进行翻译，也可以利用现有的习题等，这样有效地锻炼了学生的翻译水平教师还可以适时地讲解一些翻译方面的概论和技巧，让学生对翻译有所了解，培养学生在英语学习中主动进行翻译，这样学生通过翻译既达到了巩固所学知识的目的，还会英语汉语之间的差异，通过翻译培养了学生的跨文化意识。

2.2教师应多倾听学生的意见和教学反馈，让翻译在英语教学中更好地发挥作用。

教师认为运用翻译的效果良好，而学生却反映平平。所以作为教师应充分重视教学反馈的作用，对自己的教学方法和自己的教学效果有更清楚的了解，这样才能改进教学。

2.3教师在英语课堂上可以组织一些活动来运用翻译。
