学生升上三年级, 起步作文教学成为语文教学的一个重点, 当然也是难点。“万事开头难”, 如果这个头没有开好, 很多孩子以后会对写作产生畏难情绪, 极不情愿写作文。原因之一, 可能是语文教材上的部分内容离生活较远, 作文课显得无趣。因此, 我们学校结合自身实际, 因地制宜, 开展了“手工作文”阳光课程辅助活动, 摸索出了一些教学策略和操作方法。

1 创造性设计活动, 激发学生制作兴趣

喜欢是最好的老师。《语文课程标准》明确指出:习作教学要重在培养学生的兴趣, 让学生易于动笔, 乐于表达。我们的手工作文是建立在实践之后进行的一种作文形式。“手工”所包含的内容是极为丰富的, 只要涉及到动手制作的, 包括泥塑、剪纸、折纸、粘贴等等, 内容可谓包罗万象。但是, 如果不认真设计, 不紧密结合《语文课程标准》的要求, 实践活动就会从学生眼前匆匆流逝, 很少留下有价值的印记。因此, 我们要将学生的兴趣点与习作训练点尽可能重叠, 精心选择并设计适合学生年龄特点的手工活动, 增强制作的趣味性, 给学生创设一种和谐快乐的教学氛围, 让学生在开开心心的玩乐中获得写作的素材, 在和谐快乐的情绪中进行写作练习。

制作风车相对来说易于三年级孩子操作, 而且适宜秋风习习的天气玩耍, 是对学生进行开篇习作训练的好素材。针对孩子好奇心强、喜欢玩耍的特点, 我在上课伊始, 为学生创设了一个轻松、愉悦的学习环境。我踩着上课铃声小跑着进教室, 并不是因为迟到, 而是想让孩子们第一时间看到我手上高高举起的风车, 它正在随风不停转动。风车进入学生视线后, 我一句:“想跟老师学做风车吗?”激发了孩子们迫不及待制作的愿望。第一次的制作, 很多地方需要老师指导, 所以, 我的制作是手把手地教给孩子们制作的步骤、方法。对于习作, 我也给了较多提示, 比如板书动词, 学习使用关联词语等。

以后循序渐进, 每次习得一点写作方法, 比如谜语的形式为“小蜘蛛制作”开头, 设问句的使用为文章增添悬念, 讲讲“制作拖鞋”遇到的困难, 自己探索“蝴蝶制作”的方法等等。一个个出人意料的活动内容, 让学生亦惊亦喜, 亦松亦紧, 紧紧抓住他们的心弦, 使他们全身心投入手工制作中, 孩子们在欢声笑语中制作、写作, 既富于趣味性, 又提供了很好的写作素材, 不知不觉中有了大进步。

2 创设生动的情境, 引导用心观察实践

手工制作活动始终是为写作服务的, 这是开展手工作文课程的根本。《语文课程标准》指出:学生是学习的主人。学生如果在手工制作中不留心观察和体验, 提起笔来, 也会觉得无话可说, 这就要求教师树立观察意识, 创设生动的活动情境, 引导学生认真观察, 用心体验, 在轻松、愉快的氛围中, 帮助学生积累素材, 获得情感体验, 使制作活动的经过变成学生的认识, “情动而辞发”, 从而激起学生进一步习作的欲望。

前几次都是老师示范制作, 孩子们跟着学习, 长期这样会磨灭好奇心, 所以, 有了基础后, 为了强化学生体验, “蝴蝶制作”我给了孩子们一个意外。我亲手拆掉了已经制作得十分完美的蝴蝶, 让孩子们自己商量探究制作方法, 这次制作孩子们的心情由纳闷转为惊讶, 再沉浸到留心观察、专心思考、积极讨论、用心实践中去。

当圆片剪好后, 孩子们傻了眼, 这翅膀是怎样弄出来的呢?通过互相商量, 其中一个手巧的孩子发现了奥妙:她以前折过纸扇子, 这翅膀的做法和折扇子完全相同!此刻, 我趁热打铁, 让他们说刚刚看到些什么, 听到些什么, 有什么感受, 孩子们争着发言。这种交流, 无形中帮助了少数活动中不够积极、遇到困难没有解决的学生, 让他们都能够继续制作下去。课堂上, 充满个性的发言也表达了孩子的心声, 由于积累了丰富的实践和素材, 后面的习作便水到渠成。

3 目标分层设置, 促进学生个性表达

叶圣陶先生说:人像树木一样, 要使他们尽量长上去, 不能勉强都长得一样高, 应当是立脚点上求平等, 于出头处谋自由。作文教学也是如此, 学生之间存在个体差异, 如果用统一标准衡量, 势必会使部分学生产生畏难情绪, 害怕作文。因此, 手工作文教学, 要针对学生的习作基础, 确定不同层次的目标要求, 让每一个孩子跳一跳都能摘到桃子, 从而满足不同学生的自我需求, 使每个孩子都能体验到成功, 促使他们的个性化表达, 激发他们写作的欲望。

以“风车制作”为例, 针对学生个体差异, 我对差生的要求仅仅是:具有动手能力, 有话可写。对于大多数孩子的要求是:发自内心地喜欢写作, 学习正确使用动词, 把事情叙述明白。而对于阅读量大、语言丰富的孩子则要求他:清楚有序地描述, 最好有与别人不同的观察点和心理体验。作文展示评价的时候几种层次的学生都要感受到自己的成功处, 这样, 减轻学生心理压力, 鼓励个性表达。

(三)教学措施

1 变学会为会学,教给学生学习的灵活方法,把主动权交给学生。尽量做到教材的整合,整体的运用教材,并力求能创造性的使用教材,进行整单元的备课 ,在备课时注重单元内每个教点的联系。

2 识字教学遵循识写分开 ,多认少写的原则,再不加重学生负担的情况下,使他们能尽早阅读。在具体的教学过程中,一道学生借助拼音和字典学习生字,发现生字与熟字的联系,提倡学生运用记忆规律,将已经学过的部件识字方法迁移到新的认识生字的学习当中,尊重学生不同学习方式和学习方法,相信学生能够应用已经形成的初步的识字能力来认独体字,鼓励他们用自己最喜欢,最习惯的方法认记汉字,积极提倡同学交流的识字方法,经验和感受。一起玩识字,组词的游戏或同制生字词语卡片,促进学生在合作学习中分享识字的乐趣。

伴随着新年钟声的临近,这一学期工作已经圆满地画上了一个句号。经过一学期的努力,我针对学生的特点综合考虑了学校的实际情况,本学期在科技方面我组织了以下几个主题的活动:好玩的纸球;纸杯娃娃;用橡皮泥制作瓢虫;制作小风车;有趣的绳子;三角纸风筝的简易制作方法等。现将我在科技文体活动课的教学中自己的感受总结如下:

科技文体活动课是面向学生生活而设计的一门课程,就是为了给学生一个开放的空间,让他们自己去发现问题,自己去做,在做中学,我在设计课程中没有将课想得那么复杂。而是创设一种全新的具有一定吸引力的学习情境,使学生通过自身的实践、观察、体验与思考,从发现中提出问题,然后积极主动地去尝试解决问题的方法和途径。

一、给学生提供自由学习的空间

对教师来说,科技文体活动课最好不用“上课”或“教”这样的字眼,而是用“做”“实施”或“开展”更合适。因为科技文体活动课不是“上出来”的,也不是“教出来”的,而是“做出来的”。

在这个空间里,我让学生尽情地观赏一切,分析一切,这一切原本对他们来说,确实是陌生的,但正因为陌生,恰恰给了他们以新奇的感觉,学生透过疑云看本质,积极主动地进行探索活动,开展广泛的交流,并对获得的种种信息和现象进行充分的,毫无拘束的争辩,在争论中认识,在争辩中深化。这对于我们也提出了一个严厉的挑战,因为综合实践活动可体现学生学习的主体性、主动性和探究性,学生带着问题来研究,带着准备来探索,一切也都是新的,这样一来,学生解决问题的综合能力可得到提高,也有利于拓展文化结构和自身素质。在科技文体活动中,一些学习并不是很好的学生,表现出非同一般的激情和能力,让人欣喜而欣慰。他们那种敏锐的洞察力,那种高超的探究能力,那种解决问题的综合运用能力和积极动手能力都充分展示出了,活动给了他们欣然求知的乐趣,活动教会了他们做人的道理。

二、给学生搭建主动学习的舞台

本学期科技文体活动在具体的实施中,我将它分为三个阶段,即准备阶段、实施阶段、总结交流阶段。对于我设计的这些主题,一节课完成是不现实的,为此我一周围绕一个主题展开,让学生有足够时间、空间,深度参与实践过程,获得丰富体验。

在准备阶段,在学生对身边的社会、自然现象有了初步观察的基础上,在教室里讨论,由我来指导学生提出问题,确定主题,做出活动方案。突出学生的主体性,引导孩子将模糊的问题有效合理地表述出来,并帮助与指导学生准备工具与材料。

在实施阶段,让学生自己动手去做,去经历与体验。因为学生的能力有限,还有安全问题,活动是以小组的方式进行。我在实施过程中进行一些指导,对一些必要的专题讲解和方法的介绍,并对学生活动的整个过程进行观察,善于发现学生的特点,对学生做出恰当的评价。

在文体活动中,学生可以自由自在的组织活动小组,确定好自己研究的主题及内容,确定研究的目标体系。根据学生的认知情况,我精心设计过程,并对学生的学习活动及学习过程进行严格的调控。在活动中,研究方式的选择,学习小组的组成,活动过程中的计划、活动成果的构想,都完全在学生自己手上。

总之,科技文体活动是一种探索过程,是一种实践过程,也是一种开放性思维过程,在实践活动中,最重要的是不重结果,而重过程,只要我们的学生在活动中得到了锻炼,成长起来了,这就是我的成功。

三、存在的问题及今后的努力方向:

做任何工作都是有得有失,有成有败。教学工作也是如此。经过一学期的探究与发现,我认为有以下几点问题:

1、自身素质远远不够,有待进一步的提高。

2、学生人数至多,部分学生活动习惯太差,在活动场地活动时有时不遵守纪律,课堂组织有待进一步加强。
