我上小学时，班上有位小姑娘，学习非常刻苦而成绩却不尽人意。

老师要我帮助她。看得出，她也寄厚望于我。但我那时还是个小男孩，坐不住，不懂事。我老是me避她。以便有更多时间自己玩。

期末考试前一天，她来求我说“请你给我讲解一下行吗?这次我很想考得好一点。”我开始给她讲解，不一会儿便草草收场，假装没有察觉她迷茫的眼神，一溜烟儿地跑开了。不出所料，这次她又考砸了。两个月后，新学期依始，传来她死于血癌的消息。我没有完成那项小小的任务，无人知晓。但我却不能原谅自己。她的眼睛令我难以忘怀，仿佛在责问我，“你为什么不愿多帮助我呢?这对于你来说，并不费事。你为什么不能理解我对你的信赖，而让我带着痛苦和遗憾离开这个世界?”

我当时才八九岁。但从某种意义上讲，这件事成了我生活的新起点。因为我开始体会到“责任”二字的意义，并尽心尽力地学着完成自己的义务。我也逐渐领会了这个神圣字眼的深刻内含:人与人之间的彼此需要和信任、合作和依赖正是人类社会存在的基础。

之后，我在生活中又经受过多次失败，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里却不曾再现。想到自己做每一件事都能尽职尽责，一种满足之感便油然而生。

此事及类似的多起事件改变了我，完善了我。当我长大成人，我开始领悟周围发生的一切变化。我发现，从某种意义上说，社会跟我一样，正处在一个自我完善的时期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一个样。新思维、新信息、新技术层出不穷。即便万里相隔，人们在转瞬之间即可相互交谈。社会竞争越演越烈。

人们越来越强调个性和创造性。越来越多的人因工作努力而受到奖赏。这就是当今的时代，一代新人由成长迈入成熟的时代。这是我们这一代人接替父辈治国安邦的时代。然而，我们也面临很多间题。

据悉，坏人在光天化日之下作恶，周围的群众居然袖手旁观，无动于衷。我还听说，目前我国尚有100万儿童连小学也上不起，而巨额资金却拿去举办奢侈的宴会和购置豪华的轿车。

我们常常买的是劣质药品，或名曰药品实为一文不值的废物，非但不能除病去痛，反而会使病情加重。在某些人看来，世上金钱最宝贵，只要能赚钱，不惜牺牲道德和责任。

因而，这个时代赋予我们的是更强烈的竞争和效率意识，使我们更善于批判性地思考和创造性地行动。

此外，这个时代要求我们这一代人必须认清自己肩负的历史重任，下定决心，采取行动，解决上述问题。长期以来，历史一直在我们这一代人身上培养着这些品质。现在，历史呼唤我们挺身而出，以实际行动向全民族及全人类证实我们的拳拳爱国之心和大无畏的英雄主义。

此刻，我站在讲台上回顾15年来的学生生活。今后的岁月，我很可能平平淡淡地度过。但这丝毫不会让我心灰意冷。因为我知道，凭借强烈的责任感和精益求精的不懈奋斗，我将追求一种有意义的生活，一种不枉此生的生活。

篇3：大学英语演讲开场白

一、研究背景

1.政治演讲中的开场白。演讲一般有三个部分——开场白,正文,结束语。演讲的语言特点在于,它虽然以口语的形式呈现给听众,但却是介于书面与口语之间的语言形式。政治演讲也不例外。因此,本文对于政治演讲开场白的界定为:演讲的开篇,亦即语篇的第一部分。

2.态度系统。评价系统的中心是“系统”,焦点是“评价”。评价系统包含态度、介入和级差三个子系统。其中态度子系统是核心,由情感、判断和鉴赏三个次系统组成。态度指各种价值,说话人用它们来做判断,把情绪和情感反应与参加者和过程联系起来,即态度包括人际意义中的情绪反应和价值评判。也就是说,它涉及我们的情绪和感觉,包括情感的反应,对行为的判断和鉴赏。态度资源又可依据语义进一步划分为情感(affect)、判断(judgment)及鉴赏(appreciation)。情感指的是构建情绪反应的各种语义资源,分为正面和负面情感:高兴或伤心,自信或焦虑,有趣或无聊等。判断是根据不同的制度规范和社会标准来评价行为的语义资源,它指的是对某种行为产生的不同的态度,例如赞赏或批评,赞美或谴责等等。鉴赏是依据价值的评价方式或者特定的环境,表达事物的价值的语义资源,它包括自然现象和符号等。语言的态度分析能够真实地评价说话者的真实情感和立场(Martin,2000)。

二、研究方法

本文研究语料为美国总统奥巴马2009年1月至2010年9月期间在多种正式场合上所发表30篇政治演讲的开场白,其演讲主题多样,涵盖了外交致辞、节日庆典、纪念日致辞等,语料来源于美国政府官方网站http://www.whitehouse.gov/。笔者结合了描述性和解释性两种研究方法,从态度的三个次系统——情感、判断、鉴赏对所选语料进行分析。

三、研究结果

分析结果显示:首先,奥巴马总统的政治演讲开场白中有丰富的态度资源;其次,态度资源的三个子系统中情感资源最为丰富,其次是判断和鉴赏。并且,积极的态度评估多于消极的态度评估。

不同的对象,不同的态度。即使是相同的对象,语言的态度也会发生改变。例如奥巴马总统竞选演讲的开场白中,他分别对大选,布什总统的八年任期,以及美国当前的形势,和他当选后的政策做出了判断。我们可以通过竞选演讲透露出来的意图判断他的态度。例如:“布什总统在职期间,美国的工薪家庭平均收入下降了2000美元”,这唤起听众(美国民众)对布什总统形成一个事实判断:普通的工薪家庭收入低于过去,减少了2000美元。通过转换态度,给听众(美国民众)带来新的评价——他将带领美国走出危机。

研究结果显示,政治演讲作为一种特殊的语言形式,演讲者为了鼓舞感召听众,必须使用多种不同的态度意义资源。

四、结语

本文以美国总统奥巴马的政治演讲开场白为语料,从评价理论的态度意义探讨其表现特点,发现演讲者使用不同的态度意义语言来鼓励他的听众(即美国公民)并得出以下结论:

1.奥巴马总统的演讲开场白极富态度意义资源,正是这些态度意义资源赋予演讲极强的感召力;

2.在三种态度资源中,比例分布由高到低依次为情感、判断、鉴赏;

3 . 在判断系统分布中,社会评判的比例远高于社会约束。本文证明了评价理论可作为一种新的分析政治语篇的理论框架,希冀能为政治语篇的研究提供一个新视角。

摘要：澳大利亚语言学家马丁于上世纪90年代提出评价理论(即评价系统),它既是对韩礼德的功能语法理论中人际意义的拓展,也是一个用于研究语篇中评价资源的新兴理论框架。本文尝试运用一个研究语篇中评价资源的新兴理论框架--评价理论的态度子系统,对美国总统奥巴马政治演讲中的开场白语篇进行研究。本文将分析美国总统奥巴马的政治演讲开场白中各种态度意义的表现特点以及其产生这些特点的原因。

我们都知道，张岩同学首先借用冯巩“相声界最会拍电影的，电影界最会说相声的”这一自嘲；在2009年春节晚会上，郭达“咱人虽然是水货，可这颗心绝对是行货”的自嘲也令人捧腹，张岩同学现学现用，效果强烈。这就是自嘲的魅力。

想让你的演讲三言两语就抓住听众的心吗？想让你的演讲“俏”起来吗？请千万别忘了“演讲技巧”百花园中的奇葩——自嘲。

自嘲有如下优点：一是谈论的是自己，不会伤害到别人，比较安全；二是以谦恭、揶揄的自我评论形式低调出场，会使听众不自觉地产生某种优越感，比较容易认同接纳你；三是在自嘲中的乐观情绪和幽默感，容易感染听众、活跃会场气氛。

缓和气氛，消除敌对情绪

1862年的一天，美国著名黑人律师约翰·马克即将要上台演讲《要解放黑人奴隶》时才发现，台下的听众大部分是白人，而且他们中的大多数对黑人怀有怨意。他灵机一动，马上放弃了原来已经准备好的开场白，顺势讲了这么几句话：“女士们，先生们，我到这里来与其说是发表演讲，还不如说是给这一场合增添一点‘色彩’……”

约翰·马克用自己的肤色自嘲，听众们先是一愣，接着都大笑起来，对立的情绪被笑声驱散了，后来的演讲辞虽然有些激烈，但并没有出现听众骚动的情况。

开启话题，引起听众兴趣

“新东方”创始人俞敏洪在一次演讲中是这样开场的：“有人说我对电线杆特别有感情，这话说的，跟小狗似的！在刚创办新东方学校时，我骑着自行车沿街在电线杆上贴招生广告。寒冷的冬夜，刚刷好的糨糊，不等广告贴上去就冻成了冰……我并不聪明，上中学的时候不管怎么努力，从来就没有考过全班前20名，大学考了三次才考上。北大同学中有很多聪明的人，我起早贪黑地学，最后却还是以全班倒数的成绩毕业……”

俞敏洪没有正面开题直接介绍经验，反其道而行之，一开始就自嘲对电线杆的“感情”，自己如何笨拙、如何落后，数语激起千层浪，引起听众对他成功原因的兴趣。

调侃自己，化解尴尬境遇

美国著名演说家罗伯特，到老年后整个脑袋几乎成了“不毛之地”。他60岁生日那天，许多朋友前来庆贺，妻子劝他戴顶帽子。在宴会的即兴演讲上，罗伯特的开场白是这样的：“我的夫人劝我今天戴帽子，可是你们不知道秃顶有多好，我是第一个知道下雨的人呀……”

罗伯特没有刻意掩饰“秃头”这一缺点，相反，他主动调侃自己，让众人在轻松一笑中感到年老的他更有魅力。

自嘲是高层次的幽默，能把自嘲运用得潇洒自如的人，大多是演讲中的高手。
